Chipolopolo’s preparedness for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations comes under test when they face South Africa in a friendly match on Sunday.
Honour Janza’s side take on Bafana Bafana in a 15h00 kickoff Africa Cup warm-up match at Orlando Stadium in Johannesburg.
This will be Zambia’s first AFCON preparatory match since the team regrouped in South Africa a week ago.
Janza believes the friendly against Shakes Mashaba’s boys would give Zambia a glimpse of what to expect at the Africa Cup.
“Looking at the current performance of South Africa, we will learn one or two lessons from that game,” he said.
“Chipolopolo must stay focused; they must be ready to learn from South Africa; they must use the platform to build up for the tournament,” Janza added.
Meanwhile, Zambia is expected to play another friendly before heading to Equatorial Guinea.
