  1. Yavuta kupanga cabinet….now just yapping
Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah….Lungu said this Lungu said that..marabishi Yeka yeka…finish your cabinet iwe kamwendo munjila reloaded,Chimbwi no plan reloaded…

    • Palibe vavuta. Has HH finished his MUVI cabinet? His must be envious about EL. He wishes it was him doing it. Sorry wiliamu.

    • IT IS LAWFUL TO CRITICIZE AND FREELY SPEAK, BUT NOT EVERYTHING THAT IS LAWFUL IS ADVANTAGEOUS. AT LEAST GIVE A MEASURE OF RESPECT TO EVERYONE ESP TO AUTHORITY AS YOU EXERCISE YOUR FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION, OTHERWISE U WILL BE ABUSING YOUR OWN FREEDOM TANTAMOUNT TO ABUSING SELF..

    • Lungu is doing everything upside down . Instead of putting together a real cabinet to start getting things done he is busy tinkering on the edges. Ayopa chaani mambala?

      Mandate ya kubba niyo vuta.

    • Wanzelu, A PS id the CEO of a ministry. Even during a general election the country is fully operational because civil servants are still doing their jobs. The only culprits are the Ministers and their vices. Read on your civics and social studies.

    • When is Miles Sampa going to be appointed as Prime Minister kanshi… the young-man was screwed that “reconciliation”.

    • CHAKOLWA CHAGWA KALE LUNGU IS YAPPING INDEED! NO DIRECTION. HE IS A NEMATODE WITH NO OBVIOUS HEAD, AND NO LEGS. LUNGU IS A LOSS! LUNGU IS NOT A PRESIDENTIAL MATERIAL. HOW CAN A FULL-TIME CHAKOLWA BE A PRESIDENTIAL MATERIAL?

    • I can imagine how many calls are being fielded by ECL. Kambwili, Luo etc. For some like Yaluma, there is some hope in the knowledge that the Ministry of Mines may be split and so will create room for someone else.

    • what has George Chellah to do with these appointments? Do you want him to appoint himself or what? i dont understand your thinking because George is not a politician and was only appointed to serve the then President! Leave him alone, he is a proffessional and will not be without a job,

    • Hahahaha…ati ‘she never listened’. Indeed!
Gosh these jobs. One day people are opening doors for you, next they are asking you to close the door behind you on your way out.
Welcome to the streets ba f!kamba. Now you will learn how to make friends again since most of you whom we know well dumped your ‘poor’ friends on your way up. Uka kwela mtengo, osama tukwana baja ali m’nyansi ai, ukagwa ndani azakudoba?

    • If you did not vote for him, you are not the registered in zambia anyone will worry about. Create your own president if you want, and i know you cant. You can also consider being a refugee in one of the nearby neighbourhood, if that will please, otherwise leave this matter rested.

    • It is your HH who is useless. He has failed to convince the Zambian people to take him to plot 1. You are just mad that you have continued to lose. Whether you hate him or what EL is Zambian President. HH is relegated to his position, perpetual loser. We are having fun mweee!!! Other their hearts are burning with rage and hate. Go hug a ZESCO transformer. You may feel better.

    • I pray for whom ever raised you. You must have been one of the most annoying children ever. The sent you ku-boarding school ka? Mawala yachilamo. Respect you elders iwe, I do not agree with a lot of President Lungu’s appointments, but I choose not to insult him.

    • I voted for H.E. Mr. Edgar Chagwa Lungu on 20th January 2015 based on his truthfulness and ability to deliver development to Zambians and I will still vote for him in 2016 just like many others will.

You can continue voting your failure if you don’t see anything wrong with him otherwise we see a lot of flaws in HH the Under Five. UPND needs serious cleansing by electing new leadership otherwise its doomed.

    • HH should stand as MP for Chawama to gain some experience. If he is walloped, he should retire to cattle herding

    • What freedom of expression. Freedom to insult? Just say you were badly cultured. You are poorly socialised including your HH. You behave like you were brought up amongst cows and you do not know how humans behave. What a pity.

  2. Cry babies in UPND will keep on crying!!go and blame Muvi TV and ZWD for cheating your tribal HH!!while you’re rotting in opposition,Edgar Lungu is enjoying at state house!!!IFINTU NI LUNGU AND GO PF GO!!!

    • You fools leave HH alone he is enjoying his money on a holiday. Do not involve him in this mess…He is already rich to sustain and survive this harsh economy….

    • Lungu is rich too, and he is the President of the Republic of Zambia enjoying in Mfuwe.
HH is probably thinking how he has failed to win 4 times.

  3. YO HATE FOR HH LL TAKE U NOWHERE JUST ADMIT DAT YO LUNGU HAS NO PLAN BUT KNOWS JUST PLAYING POOL IN BEERHOLES.HOW CAN U START PRODUCING CHILDREN WITHOUT A WIFE,FIRST MARRY A WIFE AND THEN PRODUCE CHILDREN SO LUNGU MUST FIRST FINISH APPOINTING HIS CABINENT TO PRODUCE PROVINCIAL MINISTER THEN DCs NOT THE OPPOSITE HE HAS DONE BY WORKING OVERTIME OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY BUT INSIDE THE COUNTRY HE IS AT NFUWE FOR HOLIDAY INSTEADY OF PUTTING DRUGS IN OUR HOSPITAL.

    • costa mwansa must be ashamed of his fake opinion poll,Edgar is president until 2021 this time we wil teach u a lesson & tongas wil not believe MUVI OPINION POLL image building but it failed zambians wanted a leader not a rich man let HH Contest as a councillor.

  4. We don’t hate HH, He is not president material he is better off running his businesses.
UPND needs a convention, 4 times is enough for HH. Please let Dr Banda run for UNPD president.

    • I agree UPND plans is to push for Tonga president at the cost DR Banda,
I think UPND stands a better chance of winning with DR Banda and HH as his VP. but tongas won’t allow that ask Bashi nono and Sakwiba.

    • Anyone is free to form their own political party, you don’t give away something you have fought for tooth and nail on a silver platter, that is why all political party founders don’t do it. What is it has HH done so differently that make you people spend sleepless night about HH alone? Leave him alone, he is not part of whatever is going on now. Are you not satisfied with your election gimmicks? What more do you want? Its too much, you are nauseating even those of us who are none partisan.

    • @Jane so wats yo problem..u re Pee efu and busy sneezing upnd the moment u hear HH..leave us with HH..It’s better to lose with a high quality product than winning with an inferior one..u can as well advise yo father to go for a convention so that a best dad can b found fo u..lol

  5. Mr. President just come out of hiding and accept that you are a failed president.

So in your drunken state choosing Provincial ministers amounts to choosing a cabinet.

Wake Lungu from your slumber, you can do better than that.

Cancel your meaningless journey to Angola and concentrate on forming your cabinet.

    • EL is currently working on it, as soon as he makes all appointments you will be informed, please give him time.
      Thank you

    • Jane, No amount of hate will change the fact that your toothless womaniser, devil worshiper, masonist was defeated by someone you call a drunk. It means that HH is so useless that next time Muyokela will defeat him. You know were I think HH belong? Dustbin of the defeated. Kumalabo of stinking politicians who thought would win elections by dividing Zambians on tribal lines. The Majority of Zambians are above tribal politics hence they could not allow this cattle rustler to govern. Let him concentrate on hugging Maureen. In Masonic, they say “Lovey thy neigbour but love thy neighbour’s wife or husband even more”

  6. More Bemba appointments. It’s like three Bemba are appointed for every one other Zambian.

Well as they say …ifintu ni Lungu

    • @oneZed,that is where PF has the bulk of MPs to choose from.If he appoints from other parties who have MPs from non Bemba regions he will be accused of killing the opposition. There can even be expulsions and by – elections. Better avoid unnecessary bickering by dealing with his own.

  7. Well done so far, but my request is that unless in instances where you have objections, try to keep those old but influencal big chaps, even in their bitter state invite them in for some level of unity in the party..

  8. Most bloggers typify Zambian mentality! The issue is the appointment of provincial ministers and instead of commentary on maybe the strengths and weaknesses of the appointments/appointees the comments have diverted to HH and Lungu! Just as when instead of demanding to know what each candidate in an elect stands for people would rather compare who among the candidates looks handsome or ugly for choice.

  9. OPEN LETTER TO THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION

ATTENTION PROVINCIAL EDUCATION OFFICER ‘MUCHINGA PROVINCE”- NAKONDE DEBS’ OFFICE.

    Dear Government;
RE: ROOM CRISES AT NTINDI PRIMARY SCHOOL IN NAKONDE DISTRICT AS TEACHERS REFUSE ACCEPTING PUPILS ON TRANSFER.

We Nakonde parents write to complain to you over the room pupil population crises at our local government school (Ntindi Primary). This has been caused mainly by the creation of the secondary school within the premises of Ntindi Primary. We know nixing secondary school to the already existing primary schools is a government policy which is supposed to be held and supported by us stakeholders. But what has happened at Ntindi School is worse than solving the problem of secondary school.

    • CONT:

We understand that according to the Ministry of Education, currently; Ntindi Primary School has the highest pupil population in Zambia with 4000 pupils from Pre School to Grade 7. This has made the average number of pupils per class to be 130 to 140, something extremely abnormal and alarming in our country setup as a third world nation.
Now what a lot of parents are annoyed is the decision that has been taken by the Administration of Ntindi Primary School of not allowing our children on transfer to be admitted in school giving a reason that places are full in all Grades. This dear Ministry has made our work difficult as parents especially us Police Officers and Nurses who have been depending on this school for the education of our children.

    • A lot of children for civil servants in other government departments have been denied places at Ntindi Primary School by the School Management hence the children are now just at home doing nothing as they have been denied places at Ntindi which is the only nearby school. This is worse to the parents that are not working as they are no alternative of taking their children to private schools due to lack of money. Because of the refusal of the school places by the school management, a lot of children have now stopped learning and have just resorted to delinquent behavior no doing peace works as well as stealing. The situation at Ntindi School is 10 times worse as I am describing it. The situation has defeated government policy of having all the children above the age of 7 to have primary educ

    • CONTINUATION:

We therefore urge the government through the Ministry of Education to move in and arrest the situation before it is too late. Where can we be taking our children if all teachers refuse to accept our children’s transfers? The teachers at this school are notoriously fame and not understanding as such, they would not allow any child on transfer to have a place in their school. We have been reporting to the Local DC and the DEBS but surprisingly no action has been taken to alleviate the problem.

    • Surrounding Parents have themselves voted to be paying K100 per households of which it has been done but sadly up to now, no foundation for the building of the 1 x 3 Classroom Block has been laid by the School PTA. The School PTA is actually frustrating the efforts of the parents by not implementing what they promise the parents during Annual General Meetings. Because of this, some of the parents that want to pay are still withholding their K100.00 and have vowed to only release it after the School Parent Teacher Association Executive has started the construction. We urge the Office of the DEBS to advise the School Manager to begin the construction since a good number of parents have already paid the money towards the same. It is demoralizing for the committed parents that have paid K100 e

    • Having reported a lot of issues to necessary authorities, our request, demand and resolution as Parents sending children to Ntindi Primary School are as follows;
      1. The government through the Ministry of Education should consider shifting Ntindi Secondary School to an independent site so that the rooms which are being used by the Grades 8 to 12 pupils can be given to the Primary Section to decongest the worst congested school in Zambia. Currently children at this school are learning like slaves or prisoners at due to limited classrooms for the Primary Section. Ntindi School has a very big piece of land just behind the other classroom block which can be developed into secondary school instead of the secondary school continuing to squeeze themselves in infrasture of the primary school at…

    • CONTINUATION:

      2. The government should ensure that the school authority should be made to start utilizing the funds that have been voluntarily donated by parents to increase the classroom blocks in the school.
      3. The government should consider funding the Primary School for the construction of the two 1×3 classroom blocks. The parents of so far constructed three 1×3 classroom blocks. The Ntindi school parents are doing enough in having the classroom blocks increased but there is no motivation from the central government to help the parents build more classroom blocks.

    • CONTINUATION:

      4. The DEBS Office should issue a directive to the Ntindi Primary school Head teacher to stop denying pupils coming on transfer from other schools. The pupils from other schools coming on transfer should be enrolled at the school and denying them places is not a good solution of solving the accommodation problems at school but constructing more classroom blocks is the answer.

    • CONTINUATION:

      5. Ntindi Primary school should be divided into two with two head teachers. Personally, I have been a teacher for 45 years and I am now retired and I have worked nearly in all nine provinces of Zambia and I have never seen not alone hearing of a primary school with about 4000 pupils. This tells you that such a number is unprecedented in the history of Zambian education. So such a number must be probably under 2 or 3 Head teachers and not one as the case is currently with Ntindi School. Management of the school is very difficult in such a case. Separating the school in two or three can be the solution to this problem provided more classroom blocks are constructed by the government.

    • CONTINUATION:

Kindly take our request seriously because if this diplomacy fails, then about 1000 parents will be allowed to march to the DEBS and DC Offices in solidarity to have the issues resolved. So we have written this letter in order to have our challenges sorted out by your Ministry.
We believe that, our newly elected President His Excellency Edgar Chagwa Lungu will intervene in the challenges that Nakonde Parents are facing especially those that have no alternative school to take their children.

    • CONTINUATION (END)

The government should urgently build another school with 40 classrooms near Ntindi Primary School to help decongest Ntindi Primary School. Otherwise, our children are really suffering at that school. You can imagine 4000 Primary School Children using only 12 0r 14 toilets. Where in Zambia? The Parents are planning to demonstrate to the DC and the Nakonde DEBS if the government does not address our challenges in the earliest possible time. Indeed we have now ran out of patience, we fear for the lives of our children.

PLEASE OUR PRESIDENT, ANSWER OUR CRY AS NAKONDE PARENTS, WE ARE AT YOUR KNEES DESPERATELY SEEKING YOUR QUICK RESPONSE.
WRITTEN BY CONCERNED PARENTS OF NAKONDE REPRESENTING 1000 PARENTS.

      THE END OF OUR CRY/REQUEST.

      THANKS IN ADVANCE.

  10. Wisdom is the benchmark of achieving remarkable successes in life thus, without it, it is impossible to make any tangible achievements. Zambia is endowned with a lot of natural wealth which can enable the country to move a step forward in development but alas, the majority of its people despite the sound education they have achieved lack wisdom and end up making wrong choices as a result deprive the country of its correct roadmap to development. Then we have another group which comprise the majority of the majority, the empty tins who just yap anyhow. For instance, what connection has Hakainde Hichilema in the subject above that he can be baptised with insults ? Lungu is the President and if there are any mistakes, its Lungu who is doing them and HH has got no connection to that.

  11. Ubusuma bwabupa pantu tabwakwata icilonda. Some people think by calling HH all sorts of names, they will achieve something, never, never at all. You will remain sufferers while supporting unprogressive movements because you still live in the stone age where tribalism was the sole subject but with no meaningful scores. HH has got wealth and he can still survive even if he is not elected to the presidency but with some of you, what have you achieved in life apart from the language of insults and tribalism which you learnt from your parents even before you were born. Its part of your inheritance and thats why you grace it.

  12. HH you are currently one of the most promising and intelligent politicians of our time. The mention of your name makes people tremble because they know what you are capable of doing. Do not worry about some of the insults from these guys. I know what you are capable of doing. I shall always support you.

  13. Lungu must stop poaching MPs from the Opposition. It is unconstitutional in a multi-party democracy. It kills the spitit of pluralism. Instead, Lungu should use nomination powerts to fill representations in areas where he is lacking. He has done it for Sata and Mwanakatwe, why does he need to poach when it comes to Western and North-Western Province? Let him drop Kafwaya and Njeulu for the sake promoting the multi-party dispensation!

  14. President Lungu is far much better than Sata..comparing him to Sata is actually an insult. He has a degree in one of the most difficult fields i.e Law…He is also far more intelligent than the Late MHSRIP. I think all loving Zambian shud appreciate that we have atleast graduated from comedy to a more serious minded leadership. God help Lungu

    • “He has a degree in one of the most difficult fields i.e. Law” The most difficult degrees are those in the fields that require Mathematics as a prerequisite for enrollment such as Sciences including Medicine and Engineering. A lot of students fail to do well in Mathematics. Countries like China and India are fast catching up with the USA, where lawyers come by the dozen, because of their emphasis on the training of technocrats. However the job of being a president depends on how well one leads his people rather than on ones profession. Zambia should place emphasis on the teaching of Mathematics to develop. No country has developed wi thout technocrats.

  15. @Banda Sam
You have hit the nail on its head, Lungu is far much better than the late and after him we need someone like Inonge the VP

  16. ARE THESE APPOINTMENTS TRIBAL BALANCED? YOU FOOLS YOU ARE BUSY MARGINALIZING US THE TONGA PEOPLE, YET YOU EXPECT US TO BE CONTENTED WITH THE RUBBISH LEADERSHIP YOU GIVE US. FORGET IT! VIVA UPND VIVA! VIVA HH VIVA! AS TONGAS, WE SHALL NOT REST UNTIL WE GET BACK POWER TO RULE OUR MOTHERLAND ZAMBIA. ABASH BEMBA DOMINANCE ABASH! ABASH NYANJA DOMINANCE ABASH! WE SHALL NOT REST UNTIL WE WIN THE RACE!

  17. Mwe mbwa mwe, what have you benefitted from your EL ? Aikona, you still suffer the way you used to do and now now your suffering is even multiplying – bangwele.

  18. @ TRUTH

its you who is hating becuase have failed to accept reality that a drunk and a new entrant for that matter has beaten yo godess HH who has been in the game for over a decade , continue worshiping your ka small god HH because us in pf we dont worship individuals regardless what we they have coz we are no respector of persons, no wonder we always win because w e worship jehova God

  19. @”Do Hamaimbo” Guess not your real name cause Tonga are not that shallow minded…yes you are a Zambia typical Zambian stupid as well…people like you are making Zambia poor and you cant see anything wrong cause you are cursed with poverty.Travel and learn brother man.

  20. @1.3 wanzelu,

Your logic is very interring (quite rigid) I should say. You say,

“Lungu is doing everything upside down ”

How are you looking at issues; how are you seeing things?
Make sure your head is not hanging upside down.

  21. President Lungu is a fantastic head of state. He now needs to break the cartel that was against his Presidency. He will be doing himself a disservice if he thinks that those men and women planted by Kabimba and Scott are there for him. So far we are pleased that the AG was removed, he was mole for the cartel.

  22. You people who are busy insulting, we don’t need you. Zambia is a Christian country and we don’t want people who are so arrogant to spoil our Christian living. Please articulate real issues not insults. Whats wrong with you. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Some of you are parents and I don’t know what examples you are giving to your children. We are all God’s children and we need to love one another, it doesn’t matter which political party one is supporting. Everyone has the right to belong to a political party of his/her choice.

    Please lets live like Zambians.

  23. Your excellence, as you finalize your Cabinet and making strategic changes, please ensure that you don’t listen to those who misled our late President Mr. Sata simply because they sympathize with certain individuals even when it is apparent that the same never supported you and your Presidency campaign bid.

We know a lot of CEOs and former Ministers are busy trying to lobby for them to keep their jobs but the truth is, they had their chance and let others who capable be given a chance to run with you considering that many Zambians have a lot of faith in your new leadership.

Already some of your appointments are good whilst others aren’t and am sure you can still rethink. From the people who have come to justify their jobs, a lot leaves to be desired but we know you are a wise man.
