Zambia face South Africa at 2015 CAF U23 Cup

Zambia are set for a derby clash against South Africa in Group A at the 2015 CAF Under-23 Cup tournament.

The two Cosafa zone arch-rivals meet have been drawn alongside tournament hosts Senegal.

Tunisia, who like Zambia will be making their tournament debut, complete Group A following draws made on Monday in Cairo.

Zambia will play Tunisia on their opening Group A game on November 28 before taking on South Africa in their penultimate fixture on December 1.

Fighton Simukonda’s side will wrap-up Group A on December 4 against hosts Senegal

Meanwhile, Group B consists of 2011 bronze medalists Egypt, Algeria and tournament first-timers Mali.

Inaugural champions in 2011 Gabon did not qualify for this years edition of the championship.

Senegal will host the tournament from November 28 to December 12.

The top three finishers will represent Africa at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
