    • The UP N Down party are lost for words over what happened at heroes stadium…………….they thought there rally was it but when they got home and watched what happened at heroes stadium, balipeta imichila after confirming what we’ve always told them that PF is still popular and will win the forth coming elections.

    • From “More money in your pockets” now to ” More music into your ears ”

Youths of Zambia, don’t be duped. You deserve better. PF is just telling you ‘music’. Go for real issues otherwise your grand children will be ashamed of your ability to be fooled with music.

Let’s return a ” donchi kubeba” to them who more than doubled the price of groceries.

Ask them to Sonta at where the cost of living is now.

    • THE PF MORONS WILL RECEIVE A SHOCK OF THEIR LIVES COME AUGUST 11. SANITY IN THE COUNTRY UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF HH AND UPND IS WHAT ZAMBIA NEEDS. CHIPAANTEPAANTE WITH LUNGU MUST STOP. ZAMBIA NEEDS A DIRECTION. ZAMBIA NEEDS HH! VIIIIIIIIIVA HH VIVA!

    • Oh, now we know what attracted every chimp and mbuzi in the hood..Music.

  1. LT why are you not reporting on the tonga`s from southern province still stuck in Kitwe after the UPND rally? Just from Mazhandu station where they have gathered waiting to be transported.

    • Kikikiki. Bafweni na transport money mwe bantu. Nabena bakwasu, bushe tamwa ishiba ati nabena bena Zambia kanshi?
      You have made my day.

  2. The car is a Mini Cooper. A VW is a beetle, the insect, not a Beatle, the musical group so called because it looks like a beetle.

  3. Jumping around and dancing without a clear plan for mother Zambia is trying to dance away from important issues. Seriously, what is Edgar Lungu’s plan for Zambia? Why is it costing us Zambians 2 million dollars per kilometer of borrowed money to build our roads, while in South Africa its 400,000 dollars. Why is my future, and my children’s future being subjected to this extra cost, hence extra debt? These are the issues we should be debating.

    • If you hate someone you can not see any positivity in the person. Your comment springs out of hate you have for ECL. Viva ECL it is your time

    • Cactus show us evidence that it cost no 400 000 in south Africa per km. Also explain why DSTV costs less in SA compared to Zambia

    • @ AKANYONGA INDIMI,
LOL – How old are you? You have a mind like that of an adolescent. How does asking for a plan of action for my Country amount to hate? This is the most daft comment I have read in a long time.
And does it not make you worry that you, and your loved ones (if you really love them) i.e. your siblings, your nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts, and your future children ..etc.. are being tied to DOUBLE the debt for building the roads, without an explanation? Do you care at all about your relatives and friends, and the well-being of your Country?

    • @4.2 shu shu shu,
I will do better than that. Simply consult World Bank website on road construction per kilometre (PAVED ROADS in engineering terms) and compare with US$2m/kilometre of our borrowed money we are spending, and you will be amazed how you, your siblings and future generations are being duped and subjected to MORE THAN DOUBLE the cost, hence debt for road construction.

  4. Looks like people went for the show indeed. The class of musicians on stage are very costly. Try booking for a private show. I am sure just for this event these guys would have banked 100,000 zmk each totaling about 500,000 zmk of public funds been misused. I think there should be a law that obligates the incumbent party to be the most transparent during elections as they handle public funds. No wonder carders came all the from Ndola and Kapiri plus other parts of the country to watch the free show

    • Foolish commentator, this is a reflection of 11 August 2016. Remaining living in your own world with your Hip Hope (HH). Its is not a crime to dream. You will wake up after 11th August and realise that you have been dreaming all along

    • Foolish Commentator, this is simply a reflection of 11th August. Anyway it is not a crime to dream. Keep on dream with your Hip Hop (HH). You will wake up after 11th August 2016 when ECL is being sworn in. For now continue living in your own world.

  5. @wise commentantor:ALL THOSE MUSCIANS ARE PF LOVERS WHO WENT THERE TO SHOW THEIR LOVE FOR PRESIDENT EDGAR LUNGU AND PF!!SEE MOST OF THEM ARE IN PF ATTIRE.FOR A LONG TIME NOW,GUYS LIKE JK,DANDY CRAZY,CHESTER,MACK 2,GENERAL KANENE,MAMPI,ETC HAVE BEEN IN PF AND THEY VOTE FOR PF!!the question you must ask is why only Piloto sings for upnd WHILE ALMOST ALL PROMINENT ZAMBIAN MUSCIANS ARE PRO-PF?the reason is simple.these guys live in Lusaka or Copperbelt so they are among PF lovers in these two provinces!!THE NUMBERS AT HEROES STADIUM NEVER LIED YESTERDAY,SO IF YOU STILL BELIEVE LIES FROM UPND SITE ZWD THAT UPND HAS TAKEN UP LUSAKA AND CB,THEN YOU ARE DIGGING YOUR OWN GRAVE BECAUSE COME 11/08/2016 PF AND ECL WILL WIN BOTH PROVINCES AND OTHER PF TRADITIONAL STRONGHOLDS!!

    • Stop lying, these are money hungry musicians without principles . They are highly paid by the PF using govt confers. To them, its no money, no show

    • @Eddy just continue enjoy the proceeds of corruption your uncle, aunt or whoever is stealing and supporting you. These musicians making lots of money during elections. You think JK or these guys can do anything for free?? My issue is using tax payer money for events or activities that do not better the lives of Zambians. Can PF provide detail of exactly where they are getting money to fund these events? Them specifically as they are in power and there is a high likelihood of theft.

  6. What UPND lacks is people to help them plan for events. They need to up their game. The party is full of one person HH. I am sure they have smart people but the problem I see is that they spend most of their time insulting and talking about PF. Modern Politics is about quality not indoti nokulanga ati tulibakali in photo-shopping..Talk about pwetete pwetete feeling…this is what UPND is feeling…

  8. To be young, gifted and black,
Oh what a lovely precious dream
To be young, gifted and black,
Open your heart to what I mean

In the whole world you know
There are billion boys and girls
Who are young, gifted and black,
    And that’s a fact!

    Young, gifted and black
We must begin to tell our young
There’s a world waiting for you
This is a quest that’s just begun

    When you feel really low
Yeah, there’s a great truth you should know
When you’re young, gifted and black
    Your soul’s intact

    Young, gifted and black
How I long to know the truth
There are times when I look back
And I am haunted by my youth

Oh but my joy of today
Is that we can all be proud to say
To be young, gifted and black
    Is where it’s at
Songwriters: Irvine, Weldon / Simone, Nina

  9. Why is it in Zambia that no sooner a political party in power leaves govt all its coffers also dry up…UNIP, MMD and now PF…is it a case of the garden boy eating in the orchard??

  10. PF has become so rich. They have spent over K 8 million on this launch. That is a whole lot of money for a party in Africa.

    • I can agree with chaswe. This is why I am demanding accountability for such events from an incumbent because you will find these are public funds been abused for something that does not help the Zambian people but an incompetent president

  11. The truth of the matter is that PF has failed Zambia. It’s a shame that only politicians are doing well when the citizens of the country are suffering. The sad part is that we are so blind to see that PF will once again go about borrowing more money instead of fixing the economy.
We are getting used to stuff such as load sheding, no water, and school closures. Traffic police corruption has become the norm and there’s no one to help us

  12. the problem is the people who follow blindly yet wallowing in abject poverty, look at the so called musicians and all those sitting on the ground, Zambia, Zambia where are we headed to??

  13. Wina azalila ! Keep on arguing ECL will finish his two terms in office. upnd lost its stance long way back when Southerns proclaimed to say its a Tonga party and should be led by a Tonga. That’s why most of us who were supporting Sikota left for good.

  14. Not inspiring. people come all the way from other parts of Zambia for PF to lie to the people that Lungu is is very popular. LT how come you have not mentioned the people from Ndola who have died in Kapiri Mposhi area on their way from Chagwa’s party

  15. How can UPND Sonta apo babombele when you have not given them an opportunity to rule. I for one would like a leader with a vision. Proven personal achievements. HH has 90,000 + herds of cattle. The year he will decide not to sell the whole beef industry will go to the wire. For your own information, the sausages, t-bones and any meat product you feed on after your rally, mostly likely came from HH farms. Thanks for the crowd we pocketed the cash. Lets not be excited with that crowd. People are hungry dying of poverty. Go to remote areas like Chama, Lundazi, Luwalizi. You will shed tears just how some of these policies have caused poverty. I for one will vote for HH. We are making it this year. come rain, borrowed crowds or what PF bye bye.

  16. Government money well spent. Does anyone recall DONCHI Kubeba? What happened when they didn’t tell Zambians what the PF manifesto was and what government was planning to do with the funds Levy Mwanawasa left in the government coffers…!
    EUROBOND – $750,000 000 000
EUROBOND – $1 BILLION plus interest
National debt – $4 Billion with interest – kaya
Ni DONCHI KUBEBA all over again
    Ndeloleshafye

  17. HH AND HIS FANATICS ARE TO BLAME AND MUST ANSWER FOR THE MESS!

IN THE AFTERMATH WE WILL NOT HAVE SUCH FUNNY NAMES AGAIN BECAUSE WE ARE ALREADY ORGANIZING A BETTER BROOM TO SWEEP THE MESS WE ARE IN. HH IS PART OF THE MESS, SO HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ELSE BUT DUMP *****S AND CROOKS ON THE CLEANEST PARTY UPND. OH, THIS LUNATIC!

  18. Sontapo

    (i) Pankongole
    (ii) Pali load shedding
    (iii) Pali retrenchment
    (iv) Pamitengo ya fyakulya
    (v) Pali high interest rate

  19. Zambians should be asking themselves where the money to sponsor such an event came from. We may just discover that its tax payers money being abused. We have seen this before with RB. If PF could easily raise so much money then the economy wouldn’t have collapsed. These RB campaign tactics Lungu has adapted will be a disaster in the end . Remember RB painted the country blue with part regalia and what happened? He wept. This is repeating itself so soon.

  20. I think RB should be rewarded at the next Zambia Music Awards for introducing Music Performances at Political rallies in Zambia.
Clever Artisits – Mozegater, Exile, JK, Macky 2, Chester, Wile, Dalitso did not wear party regalia so that if it goes the other way kulandafye ati ‘I was hired’
Thumbs up PF, you have boosted your campaign morale
still waiting for the launched manifesto thou, has the printer now finished?

  21. And then Kanene came on stage….. and I had to “spit out the handful of groundnuts I had put in my mouth”

  22. I wish Zambians would wake up. What use is General Kanene the man who will r*a*p*e your beautiful young daughters. I bet you will be happy and say its ok right when he beats your girlfriend, wife, aunt, grandmother etc. If musicians had performed for free its ok but its tax payers money – your money that paid for the concert. PF knows how most gullible Zambians are and that they like free things and the reason he put on a show. Ask yourselves if those musicians would have done the shows for free? Come elections you will be eating the free concert memory when you wont even have newspaper to wipe your a*s*s. These guys are crippling the economy by showing off. If it was Lungu’s money no worries but its mother Zambia’s money and that is the problem!
