Former Kabwe Central Member of Parliament Austin Chewe says President Edgar Lungu will in no uncertain terms emerge victorious after the August 11 general elections.\
Captain Chewe in a telephone interview with ZANIS today said President Lungu was receiving overwhelming support from the majority in the country such then they would give him a full five year term after August 11 general elections.
He said from the peaceful campaigns he accompany the Republican President he has noted that the peace loving Zambians were keen to give Mr. Lungu a fresh five year mandate.
The renowned Lusaka Based businessman said he was certain that President Lungu would overcome all odds to win the August 11 general elections as he had shown his strong leadership and eventual development throughout the country.
He said the country had witnessed a number of marked development in areas such as roads, schools, hospitals and power supply among others like never before in the history of this country.
He said on his part he personally was a hundred percent supporter of for President Lungu and was determined to continue campaigning for Mr Lungu throughout the country to ensure that he wins, come August 11 general elections.
Captain Chewe who is also former Munali Constituency MP said President Lungu was certainly going to win by a landslide because of his incomparable popularity.
President Edgar Lungu together with his running mate Vice President Inonge Wine recently successfully filed nomination papers for the August 11 general elections.
Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) Chairman Justice Essau Chulu in the company of the ECZ Director Priscilla Isaac declared President Lungu’s nomination papers valid at the Mulungushi Conference center in Lusaka.
After filing nominations, President Lungu 59, said that his government will complete all developmental projects that government embarked on in 2011.
It is a certified fact indellible by any imagination in the sphere of realism that H.E President ECL continues in Nkwazi as Zambian Head of State and Commander of the Armed Forces for a full 5 year ruling mandate. He has done an incredible job in uniting the country and giver mother Zambia a spirit of tolerance. His temperate spirit faith in Zambia are virtues of an authentic servant leader we want.
If only he can concentrate on explaining the pf manifesto and wasting his time talking about the opposition! He is helping them become unnecessarily popular!

On the other note, PF party machinery driving their campaign command center plans must be wise, smart, versatile, strategic in planning, execution, monitoring and controlling the whole campaign process end-to end. If mismanaged, the odds could easily turn against PF into a technical defeat to UPND. Complacency and failure to listen to independent opinions could turn costly in a blink of an eye. Remember Bola ni 90 minutes and Mwamuna munzako ni pachulu. Mega rallies are not the best electability litmus test in an open society. The works of foot soldiers have more dividends than mega rallies. Support your grassroot structures and track their milestones in realtime. Pick fillers and quickly act of on the field reports. The command center cannot afford to be aloof and over confident.

When he was launching campaigns in Lusaka he ferried carders from all over the country to fill up the stadium and the same happened when he was in the copperbelt at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.
Next week he will be in Eastern Province and buses have been organized to take people there. is this not campaigning to the same group of people every time?

Objectivity in most comments here is lacking. Please base your arguments on figures and at least appreciate what the current government has achieved. Look at the world economical downturn and compare with governments in the region as well. Lets argue like people that have been to school with statistical facts based on current economic trends world over. Surely you know for a fact that Lungu and PF have not caused load shedding, even a child at home would explain why there is too much electricity load shedding in some African countries generally.
