Eastern Province Patriotic Front (PF) Chairperson Andrew Lubusha has warned party officials against becoming indisciplined during the
farming season by obtaining farming inputs meant to benefit peasant farmers in the province.

Mr Lubusha who sounded the warning at Auntie Olie school in Nyimba said that he would not take it kindly if he hears that party officials have formed a club aimed at benefiting from the Government farming inputs under the Farmer Input Support Programme(FISP) and electronic voucher system.

He said the ruling party officials should continue to be disciplined during the rainy season rather than engaging into activities which
could dent the name of the party.

“I am warning each and every party member in Eastern Province never, never involve yourselves into forming of clubs so that you can benefit
from farming inputs. When I am going to hear that, definitely you are going to face the wrath of the law because no party member should do
that,”Mr Lubusha who is touring party structures in Eastern Province said.

He said the ruling party members should strive by all means to refrain from activities which could bring the name of the party into ridicule.
Mr Lubusha who is accompanied by provincial secretary Joseph Kolosa and several others appealed to party members to continue working hard
thereby rejecting people trying to cause confusion in the party in the province.

He said he was aware some party members were still paying their allegiance to the people who were removed from positions in the
province.

“These people who were holding positions before since they were removed from positions loyalty should go to the people in positions.
There is no need to continue to paying loyalty to these people who have been removed from their positions due to various reasons,” he
said.

Mr Lubusha said the structures should work with President Edgar Lungu,PF Secretary General Davies Mwila and all elected officials in all
levels of the party. He urged party members not to get tired but to continue sacrificing their energy in readiness for 2021 general elections.
And Mr Kolosa said the provincial team was interacting with the party structures in all the districts of the province.
He explained that all districts and constituency officials were being addressed in order for the party to continue spreading its wings in
the province.
