Chembo wants Champions League spark in 2017 Confed Cup

Sports Chembo wants Champions League spark in 2017 Confed Cup

Coach Tenant Chembo says Zesco United must build on their exploits in this year’s CAF Champions League as they compete in the Confederation Cup next season.

Zesco will compete in the Confederation Cup after finishing as runners up in the FAZ Super Division.

The Ndola outfits were losing finalists in this year’s Champions League.

Chembo believes Zesco have gained the needed experience in Africa.

“We have been in this business before and we know where we went wrong and where we did good things,” he said.

“We just have to improve,” Chembo said.

He also underscored the importance of planning.

Chembo said:”It all goes down to planning. If we plan well nothing will go wrong.”
