President Edgar Lungu will honour the victorious Zambia Under-20 Team with a State Luncheon on Wednesday.
Zambia were on Sunday crowned Under-20 Africa Cup champions after beating Senegal 2-0 in the final at Heroes Stadium in Lusaka.
“In honour of the victorious Under 20 National Team, His Excellency Mr Edgar Chagwa Lungu, President of the Republic of Zambia will this Wednesday hold a State Luncheon for the team and the Football Association of Zambia,” State House Spokesperson Amos Chanda stated.
The lunch will take place at 13:30 at State House.
Zambia won the Africa Cup with a perfect record.
Coach Beston Chambeshi’s boys won all their matches at the Junior Africa Cup.
Zambia overcome South Africa 1-0 in the semifinals after beating Guinea 1-0, Mali 6-1 and Egypt 3-1 in the group stages.

Lungu should discipline Kaiser Zulu for misbehaving at the CAF Prize Giving Ceremony. Since Kaiser Zulu rigged the 2016 Election for him & he is therefore untouchable. I think the President should seriously talk to Kaizar.He must know his boundaries.Kaizar is a political advisor to the President. There were no politics at Heroes last Sunday. It was only soccer and only soccer rules applied. Everywhere Kaizar goes he wants to show who he is, even where he’s not needed.

This is a middle class area and people should not be bathing in buckets. Come on guys do something good for once. People need water more than the street light you are putting.
