House being built under high voltage cables…really laughable!!
Typical of Zambians, just building any how is the order of the day. How many times ve we seen this. Next we will hear that they shld b compensated. Today in Lusaka were seeing tarvens being built rite in between houses. Today u r living among houses, tomoro yo neighbouring plot is a tarven. How? There is lawlessness. There is no town planning regulations were different land uses r separated. Guest house (or shld we call them brothels) r unregulated & mushroom anywhere.
Nice
.
ZESCO and Lands do not work together if they did Lands would never issue plots in such areas
