Patriotic Front (PF) Copperbelt Chairperson Steven Kainga revealed that PF members in Ndola have reconciled following the squabbles that had rocked the ruling party in the District.
PF in Ndola has in the recent past been witnessing squabbles following revelations of illegal land allocations which have prompted government to suspend Ndola City Council from administering land matters.
And Mr Kainga said officials from the District, Ndola Mayor Amon Chisenga, Copperbelt Minister Bowman Lusambo and councilors met last Sunday in Ndola were they reconciled.
Mr Kainga who is also PF Member of the Central Committee said it would be difficult to organize the party in Ndola if squabbles continued.
He said all stakeholders involved pledged to work together and foster unity in the party.
And Mr Kainga disclosed that President Edgar Lungu is scheduled to visit Copperbelt on Sunday 25th June 2017. He said president Lungu would be on the Copperbelt to launch the C400 road project and the Copperbelt International Airport.
