    • Salutation! This is a noble and just celebration because the Birthday of President K.D Kaunda is undoubtedly a great national occasion. An opportunity when we should forever be proudly reflective and sharing with memories of the life of selfless service our iconic founding father gave, a unique gift to us with deeply-rooted values of humanity, unparalleled principles and traditions of non-materialism but service to the nation that should be proudly invoked, inculcated to be part of our national spirit and identity. Time to uphold the noble values if we have to survive as a nation.

    • LONG LIVE ONE DOUBLE K. 90 CHAKUTI IS DEFINITELY NOT A JOKE. YOU HAVE OUTLIVED THE SATAS, MWNAWASAS AND CHILUBAS OF THIS WORLD.

    • Please Old man KK flush that handkerchief down the toilet or better burn it to ashes yourself..as its corrupted and forever stained …don’t make the mistake of mixing it with others in your collection!!

    • Mushota i think you are just not normal, why is it that u oppose anything?
Is it a UPND demon is you or just madness?

    • The Living Legend, KK … the Emeritus President of Africa.

Long Live KK; Live Long & Prosper. May God bless you and may He continue to bless the smart people of the Zambian Enterprise.

Because Zambia Is Greater Than Any Single One Of Us ~ B R Mumba, Sr.

      God speed!!!

  1. Where is UPND and HH? In Mongu waiting for Lungu so he could do another mischief? Waloba, HH, Lungu stopped attending traditional ceremonies

    • Musicians wanted to make a bash for KK. But State House also had this photo workshop at KK’s birthday. KK family was threatened and forced to go public to DISTANCE itself from a noble musical performance for Zambian citizens.
      Sad moments in Zambia.

  2. MY DAD WAS 98,

I AM 60, 98% OF MY PEERS ARE PEACEFULLY RESTING IN THEIR GRAVES.

ITS A FEAT TO BRAG ABOUT AND WORTH CELEBRATING.

  3. Is it only ruling party cadres who allowed to celebrate Dr KK`s birthday? Why not have a day for the opposition? Anyway KK never called any real opposition during his time, so am sure he wouldn’t even know what to do with them in case they showed up!
This would have been a good opportunity to unit the nation. Imagine having all political leaders attend such a function and KK asking them to resolve their differences. I think super Ken missed a golden opportunity here! Something that would added more to his legacy. Instead it looks like a PF birthday party!

    • If the violence does not affect those he loves KK will not see it. Did he condmen the violent attack on childhood friend Kapwepwe in 1978? To him it didn’t happen. But when tables turned and his own son died mysteriously, he felt it personally. Harry Nkumbula had his own money to pay for hospital treatment abroad in the early 1980s. KK’s govt couldn’t allow him to buy foreign exchange. When Masuzyo Kaunda contracted AIDS KK took him abroad at govt expense for treatment. I remember, it was current affairs to me.

  4. KK should kneel to EL?, really ba mwelwa, was this day about EL or Kk? As for the opposition, am sure they wouldn’t have come even if they were invited knowing the president and his team would be there, don’t want another mongu nd incident here. Am just saying

  6. Happy birthday KK ,but with Lungu and his cholera and poor health/sanitation I doubt many Zambians will even live to be 50yrs.

  7. Lusambo has been blessed ka, we should now see a reformed and more compassionate Lusambo after the blessing.

  8. The MAn! I miss you Mr. President! God bless you! The young ones from …, you know where, want to resurrect tribal politics when you had successfully killed it!

  9. They allowed theLazy Lungu and his drunk Kaponyas in KKs yard who have no respect …taking pictures with him as if he is their drinking mate or a Rolex watch!!

  10. Why subject whole country? Should be Mr. President and his family to go celebrate Dr Kaunda’s 94th birthday.

  11. Only the young misguided twerps have failed to see what this Gaint of a Statesman did for mother Zambia.

Long live KK, we who are in the know applaud you.

  12. KK is 94 yrs now wiser and grey ,Zambia is 54 years and still dirt poor ,Singapore is just 55yrs and already very developed and advanced like some 200yr old countries.

  13. Happy Birthday KK!

We judge you harshly while you live and will sing your praises in eulogies! Some of us remember and appreciate you are also just human.

Thank to all who celebrated a freedom fighter while alive!

  14. Happy Birthday Sir; Dr Kaunda and long live; He was a dictator; but he united Zambians than Lungu who has divided Zambians;

  15. Lazy bum polygamist’s son and chief bully and hooligan of the hooligan wing of the Tribal Party also known as UPND is projecting his lack of love from his father to the President! And immaturity like his Childish President too!
