  1. All ministerial powers are powers delegated to an incumbent by the President. Now this matter has escalated to a level requiring the President himself to address the nation and indeed the world in this regard; I think that will carry more weight.

    • This is stupidity?? She just “ACCEPTED THE CLAIMS… That the loans should be paid back through these agreements. Please listen to her properly. This means for sure that “The Chinese?? would want to control these institutions until their loan is paid back”. As a guarantee to secure their money back. I think PF misters should accept mistakes. It helps and jointly we can find solutions.

    • Almost all the time, the PF administration are lying through their teeth; untrustworthy, corrupt, devious an unreliable. Making it impossible to believe them. Not credible at all.

  3. Those saying government is having secret meetings ,let them tell us when the netting was held, the participants and where it was held. This is fake sho sho media news created by the desperate opposition who have vowed to use any means to decampaining the government .Every well meaning Zambian can easily read between the lines and tell the desperation. Most headlines from the rapidly mushrooming privately owned news papers sponsered by the opposition have chosen to write nothing good about this government. The borrowed money has surely been put to good use. If there is any misappropriation, its only a small portion. Every part of this country has seen unprecidented development .What they really want to paint a bad picture about this government. Seeing that Zambians have not taken…
