LUSAKA Lawyer LEWIS MOSHO has given FAZ President ANDREW KAMANGA, a 24 hours ultimatum to respond to allegations of theft or his firm will proceed to privately prosecute him.
The allegations involve 38 thousand United States Dollars and 24 thousand 5 hundred and 52 Kwacha respectively.
According to a letter dated February 19, 2020, MOSHO informed KAMANGA that his firm NATHAN and LEWIS Advocates is acting on instruction of a client ELIJAH CHILESHE.
CHILESHE informed the Lawyers that after KAMANGA’s election as FAZ President in 2016, he allegedly lied to FAZ by making it pay over 24 thousand Kwacha to Savoy hotel which he and his associates incurred.
He said the bill was not supposed to be paid by the Asssociation but KAMANGA himself and his associates.
CHILESHE also alleged that KAMANGA, on MAY 6, 2017, directed that MONEY be paid from FAZ account in the sum of 38 thousand US Dollars to ENFIN Solution Limited, a company which he has an interest in, without following established procedures and without any supporting documentation.
The letter, which is also copied to GILBERT PHIRI of PNP Advocates, further informed KAMANGA that they have strict instructions to privately prosecute him in an event that he maintains his innocense and decide to remain silent within 24 hours of receipt of the letter.
But when contacted by ZNBC, Football Association of Zambia President, ANDREW KAMANGA told ZNBC News that his lawyers have already responded to the allegations.

Lewis is the mob lawyer, looks like the pf mafia mob has already made up its mind to have that corrupt Kalu imposed on Zambian football.
Lewis should provide the relevant evidence to authorities at the anti corruption commission if he really cares about accountability.
Kamanga should sue that ka Lewis for Harassment, that is if the courts will have the courage to go against the pf mob.

The FAZ “integrity committee ” should meet tomorrow and reverse the decision that Kamanga is the cleanest of all FAZ presidential candidates.
You hear the name Lewis Mosho just know it is connected to the ruling party and this client of his when you dig up on him you will find he is just a fifthy PF cadre with looted taxpayers money…they will not stop till the Galu their mascot is placed again on FAZ chair…they will keep probing and sniffing like flies at the your window when you are cooking dried fish. Wait for that suit from Mosho . Serious lawyers dont rush to press for client’s issue. Court are for justice and not hatred. Except I can not offer my service to you because of ethics. I know Mosho . He rarely wins cases.
I have known Andrew Kamanga since childhood. This guy is clean and disinfected. He is one of the most honest chaps I know. I would need convincing evidence before I even come close to believe this.

Ba Lusaka Mayor, I don’t know if Kalu has any gainful employment but from what I see, he seems to be financially on thin ice hence pleading with the PF to use very other means to impose him as FAZ president (every one on his side is PF) so that he can begin to as usual do what his does best with FAZ resources, My plea Bwana Mayor is that if possible instead of naming roads against his name kindly give him a plot, then try to do a fundraising venture for a slab on that plot, from their let him swim because he is big enough to create for himself a fixed abode, or Lobby for him to be district administrator because as MP he can never go through unless by appointment
