Kabwe Central PF Member of Parliament Tutwa Ngulube has defended Commissioner General of the Zambia Correctional Service Dr. Chileshe Chisela who castigated the opposition UPND for shunning the commission of houses for his officers by President Edgar Lungu in Monze recently.
Mr Ngulube who is the Deputy Chief Whip and Lawyer says Dr. Chiselas sentiments were not in any way harmful and the PF supports the stance that he has taken.
He said Dr Chiselas sentiments of castigating the UPND were very innocent coming from a man who is aware that all Civil Servants are supposed to work with the government of the day.
Mr Ngulube said he expects the opposition to embrace development and not what was witnessed in Monze where President Edgar Lungu went to commission the houses.
“If the UPND continues with that same spirit they will never campaign in any PF strongholds”, said Mr Ngulube adding that the opposition party should not be deceived that they are about to form the government.
He added that Zambians will collectively ensure that the UPND does not form the government.
“Moreover, they have failed to choose a vice president, that is a sign already of deepening problems in the opposition and this will cost them a vote.
Civil Servants are supposed to work with the government of the day in rigging elections is what you want

As always the PF shun from big issues and make trivial things become big issues. How I wish they instead made little efforts solve big issues.
It is easier said than done we all know that UPND has been forming governments a long time ago but we have never seen one in state house.
However the best time for some one to be in statehouse is when the late president died and everything were working in his direction, but he failed to move it could be that there is something very wrong with him , at this time things are no better than that time.
The man in state house has made tremendous improvements in rating and in developing the nation really he has something to point at the developments he has made will continue to speak for him.

UPND should be castigated by every decent Zambian citizen. They are undemocratic, tribal and violent.
They must be purged out of our political system. It starts with the Provinces where they have their activists. We start by educating people in those areas on the fallacy of UPND. We need to welcome them back into a United Zambia. It won’t be easy, but like in the Western province we can win some hearts.
UPND must never be allowed to rule, they are very fractured mentally as a group.
