The 2021-2026 PF manifesto is an all inclusive document with input from various stakeholders-Lubinda

Patriotic Front Member of the Central Committee Hon. Given Lubinda says the 2021-2026 PF manifesto is an all inclusive document that has input from various stakeholders across the country.

Hon. Lubinda who is chairman the PF manifesto committee explained that his committee had consulted various stakeholders such as the Church, trade unions, business associations, professional associations, academia, sportsmen and women among others before coming up with a final document.

He charged that the 2021-2026 PF manifesto therefore carries not only the thinking of the PF party but desires and aspirations of the general citizenry.

“This document does not only carry the thinking of the Patriotic Front but carries the collective wisdom of the many citizens that we consulted, Hon. Lubinda said.

Speaking when members of the PF manifesto committee featured on the PF Interactive Forum today, Hon. Lubinda said his committee had a daunting task of ensuring that as a party that has been in power for 10 years, analysed where the country was from 2011 and what has been achieved to date.

Hon. Lubinda who is also outgoing Kabwata Member of Parliament said unlike other political party manifestos, the PF manifesto is not fictitious but based of facts.
“So when we say from 2011 we built a bridge, is it verifiable? The answer is yes because it is there to see,” he said.

He stated that whatever has been outlined in the PF manifesto is a well thought out idea which has a basis and is believable.

Hon Lubinda has since charged that the next five years will be very exciting for the PF and the Zambian people as everything that has been outlined in the manifesto is very achievable based on the party’s experience in government.

Meanwhile, Hon Lubinda says the PF government will ensure that every Zambian participates in the development of the country and will do this by listening to everyone regardless of their political affiliations.

“We will commit ourselves to political pluralism, for the next five years we will not be bothered which political chiteme you are wearing; for as long as you are a Zambian we will listen to you,” Hon Lubinda stated.

He further said the PF government will also be committed to decentralization to easy the implementation of government programs across the country.

  1. Lots of talk about the manifesto, but where can I read it or download it? PF doesn’t even have a website where you can find it. And president Lungu’s twitter account has not been updated since 9 april. Let us read the manifesto but so far nobody has been able to! Cynical ploy to blind unsuspecting ordinary citizens?

  2. It has not stated how it will rebuild what it has destroyed in the past 7 years. It only gives false hopes because of elections. We want to hear how it will pay out loans and bring back Dollar to where it found it.

  6. Typical corrupt PF government plan to abolish the road tax. Sounds good, until you realize that after the abolishment the tolls will increase and the end result will be that drivers will be much worse off, and PF criminal cadres will pocket even more than they already do!

  7. Again lungu and his rats are hoping for mana from heaven without any sacrifices….

Just like when they went mad borrowing, hoping forigne investors will come and do the hard work for them and provide jobs for Zambians……..

Lungu and his team are basically businessmen out to get richer, they have no appetite for hard graft without backhanders into their pockets……

Creating naccessant industries like a solar power manufacturing industry requires hard work and sacrifice which lungu with his red carpet and gang do have the stomach for……

  8. Mr lubinda my brother, you are such a great man of high intelligence. Working with you to produce and draft this manifesto was a pleasure and enjoyable experience due to your abundance of knowledge and wisdom. You deserve to be awarded for services to this great nation. I see you as president in the future. Let’s put this manifesto into action, and put to shame the upnd with their manifestation of evil

  9. @ Kaiazar Zulu,
Surely are you happy deep down your heart with the conscience that God gave you and believe in the Almighty Creator the God of Host through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior that this leadership is Okay and that it has brought freedom and not instill fear in the political opponents and citizens at-large?
If Jesus is in you speak for yourself if our economy and leadership of the day is doing fine. Your opinion may be different from the rest but your conscience will help you speak good as we go towards 12 August,2021. God loves you dear and has a wonderful plan for your life. Do not do what they do just because of Silver and gold which fades but love your neighbor as yourself. No tribe is above the other and why everyday you always dream about HH. The more you hail ills on…

  10. @ Kaiazar Zulu,
No tribe is above the other and why everyday you always dream about HH. The more you hail ills on one who was created by God the more you bless him.
The way God does things, is that your curses becomes blessings on him and vis verse, return back to the sender.

  11. What fake manifesto! Enough PF nonsense, corruption, lack of respect for the law and citizens. Serious intergrity deficit. ” Zambians can’t breath, Chinaman/ PF on our nake”

  12. No haters can find any loopholes in the PF manifesto as it is made by experts! I like how the PF team works.

  13. Now, HH’s supporters must realize that if you are pointing fingers or criticize the PF manifesto then it means that you are disrespecting and doubting the ability of stakeholders like the Church, trade unions, business associations, professional associations, and so on.

  14. When President Lungu says that his government is for the people, he truly means it by considering the inputs of the citizen of this country.

  15. Yes! Zambians must know that PF manifesto is based on facts and not on fictional or made-up promises stolen from the website like UPND’s manifesto.

  19. Every development, every scheme’s benefit is verifiable. But some fools don’t want to do that, they just want to destroy the image of PF to give their favorite leader HH benefit ahead of elections.

  20. Seriously, it is funny when Hichilema’s supporters say that no development happened in Zambia when it is clearly visible across the country.

  21. No one can stop PF to achieve its vision of 2021-2026, listed in the manifesto! The country is now on the path of development.

  22. QUOTE:
    5. The PF concentrated more on infrastructure while leaving Zambians to suffer economically. You cannot only marry a woman, build a beautiful house for her and buy an executive car but deny her conjugal rights. This is exactly what the PF Government is doing.
    King George

I GUESS THE CONJUGAL RIGHTS IN THIS SENSE IS THE ECONOMY, IF THAT IS A RECIPE FOR DIVORCE , THEN I GUESS ON THE 12TH AUGUST ZAMBIAN VOTERS WILL BE THE JURY.

    • Aristotle rightly put. In other words just because your friend who lives ku ma yard has quality and expensive household items and has the means to do , You because you have no vision and plan for your family you go and borrow kaloba at high interest rates to get similar items when you income does not support your expenditure . LIVE within your means. PF is not living within their means, they are just borrowing money from any Kaloba.
You should get kaloba as a last resort and if it will bring 10 fold return or grow the economy 10 times faster, and will be paid within a short time. The worst is huge sums of money has been borrowed, and may be a only 2/3 is used for the benefit of the Zambian, if at all Zambians benefit
Within 6 months HE Mr Lungu and PF will be gone and Zambians will…
