Commissioning of Mwembeshi Correctional Facility in Pictures

Where is Mathews Mohan and Keith Mukata? l hope there is enough food as well and Kasalangaz to ferry inmates for court sessions from Mwambeshi to Lusaka or there will be circuit courts right there at Mwambeshi. What will happen to Kamwala remand facility becsuse there were plans under the MMD to trade the area for a new facility which was shelved by then Home Affairs Minister Kennedy Sakeni when PF assumed office. I hope that plan has been implemented.

2. Why commission so many project just before the elections what did the do in the last 10 years? Did it take the government more that 6 years to build all the projects they have just commissioned? In principle they are manipulating the electrol process.

How was the youth empowerment scheme implemented, was it transparently implemented? How didn’t the choose th e beneficiaries? What’s the 10% of Zambian youth benefited?

12. Dear friends, there is no wind of change at all. It is unfortunate but UPND is indeed a social media and diaspora party. spent plenty time going around Zambia recently: the reality is just the opposite. Let UPND start looking for a new president for 2026!
