Business School by 1xBet Launches in Zambia to Help Young People Turn Ideas into Real Businesses

Business School by 1xBet has launched in Zambia as an educational and grant-based project for young people who want to develop business skills, structure their ideas and take the first practical steps towards launching their own ventures.

The project combines free business education, expert-led learning and the Guide for Dreamers grant programme. Its goal is to give young people in Zambia a clear path from idea to action: learn the basics of entrepreneurship, build a realistic plan and get the chance to receive start-up funding.

A practical start for young entrepreneurs

Business School by 1xBet is built around a simple idea: a business dream becomes stronger when it turns into a clear plan.

Many young people have ideas, but not everyone knows how to test them, calculate costs, understand customers, build a brand or prepare for launch. The programme helps participants break down their ideas into specific steps and see what is needed to move forward.

Participants will get access to free educational materials and five practical online lectures. The platform will serve as the main access point for the project, including educational content, updates and future applications for the grant programme.

What participants will learn

The educational part of Business School by 1xBet is structured as a basic preparation system for future entrepreneurs. It covers five key areas:

  • starting a business in Zambia

  • financial literacy and investment

  • digital tools and AI in business

  • marketing, brand and content

  • entrepreneurial mindset and skills development

Together, these topics give participants a practical framework for building a business: from shaping an idea and understanding the audience to planning costs, using digital tools and preparing for launch.

Learning from Mzenga

An important part of the project is the participation of Mzenga, who joins Business School by 1xBet as an invited expert and lecturer.

You may already have a business idea that could become something real. But to move from ‘I have an idea’ to ‘I’m ready to start,’ you need a clear plan. Business School by 1xBet helps you organise your thoughts, understand your next steps and prepare for real market conditions. And with the Guide for Dreamers grant programme, you also get a chance to apply for funding and bring your project closer to launch.” – comments Mzenga.

Mzenga will share practical experience with participants and help them understand how business ideas can be developed in real conditions. He will also serve as a jury member for the Guide for Dreamers grant programme.

Guide for Dreamers: grant support for business launch

The educational part of Business School by 1xBet is connected to the Guide for Dreamers grant programme. After completing the learning process and preparing their projects, participants will be able to apply for financial support through the platform.

The start of grant applications will be announced separately on the platform and in the media, with clear information about timing, requirements and next steps.

The grant programme is designed to help young entrepreneurs move from planning to action. For early-stage ideas, start-up funding can help test a product, buy basic equipment, launch first sales or set up an initial service.

Investing in future business leaders

Business School by 1xBet is an investment in young people who want to build something of their own and contribute to their communities.

By giving participants access to business knowledge, expert guidance and a grant opportunity, the project supports entrepreneurial thinking in Zambia and creates value that can last beyond a single course or competition.

Business School by 1xBet gives young people in Zambia the opportunity not only to learn, but also to prepare a business idea, apply for funding and take the first step towards launching a real project.
