    And the way the president is staring at the former belly crawling whisky/wine scrounging Rhapsody’s patron is scaring.I remember him staring at Kambwili in the same way when swearing him in.

  6. Very good appointments of seasoned diplomats. They know the way around a political table. Very good idea to send a military man to Egypt, Maj. Gen. Topply Lubaya, might need to fight his way out of the country …….Flying bullets and everything!
