Alliance for Better Zambia (ABZ) president Father Frank Bwalya dismissed assertions that he intends to quit politics.
Fr Bwalya has QFM News in an interview that he remains an active member and leader of ABZ.
He said he is merely praying over his life and will by next month tell the nation his next course of action.
Father Bwalya said that it is unfortunate that some people on the social networks have been misinterpreting his recent postings.
The ABZ leader explained that he merely posted on his facebook page that by next month it will be five years since he left his professional occupation as an active priest in the Catholic Church.

you are a good and influential player in our political discourse.
keep going
politics is not for the fainthearted.
Ba Fr. Bwalya, boyi we are in LENT, even me I have minimuzed politics. Don’t be selfish by praying for your life only, please pray for us sinners too, EXCEPT Sata. There is no God who can accept Sata, the many will spend double time in pagatory.

Imwe akanenu na bakapumaula sana mu ma elections. Lekeni kaye katusheko. Otherwise very soon we shall be visiting the gentleman at Chainama.
How many courses of action is he going to inform us about again? Seeking attention and sympathy always!
Why u have stopped stranding chickens in Rallies ? I enjoyed the one you gave us in Luanshya
I was never against Father Frank bwalya’ s decision 2 join politics.Infact he made an impact and things were happening 4 him.
But the moment he announced that he is forming his party i was very dissapointed.
In life some can b big players and some can b small but what counts is that each one of us makes a contribution at the end of the day.In african politics we seem 2 have a very big prblm.Every1 wants 2 b a republican president .And after my own analysis i’ve found out that some pipo are driven by greed and some are day jst dreamers.
I meant 2 say,’ jst day dreamers’.
But did he leave priesthood for political reasons, guilty pleasure or maybe he just got bored? If he left because of politics he wont quit but if was due to some interesting temptation then be rest assured he is bound to vacate the political arena!
Let him remove that tag of father when he stopped practicing 5 years ago. Is it a strategy of enticing christians ?
