PF Secretary General Wynter Kabimba says President Michael Sata has the vision to develop the country and must be given support to achieve this dream.
Mr Kabimba who is also Justice Minister has urged Zambians not to be misled by opposition parties that they will develop the country.
Speaking in Mwense District when he addressed party officials, Mr Kabimba says both UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema and MMD’s Nevers Mumba lack political experience to assume government.
He says President Sata has worked hard to build roads, clinics, houses and schools countrywide in just two years.
Mr Kabimba has since appealed to PF members to continue mobilizing the party to ensure new members are recruited.
He says he is confident that Zambians will retain the PF in 2016.
And Mr. Kabimba says the locking up offices for civil servants by aggrieved party cadres is not the right way of addressing their concerns.
He says there should be constant dialogue between party officials and civil servants and there are channels to follow once differences emerge.
Speaking when he called on Mwense District Commissioner Mumba Mushitu, Mr Kabimba also challenged civil servants to acquaint themselves with the PF manifesto if they are to implement government programmes effectively.
Mr Kabimba who is also Justice Minister says the PF manifesto is the reference document for all government workers.
And Mwense District Commissioner Mumba Mushitu says civil servants must not be sidelined by PF party officials in implementing government programmes and policies.
Mr Mushitu says civil servants are key players in interpreting the PF manifesto and implementing it.
Mr Kabimba is in Luapula province on a 4 day visit to meet PF officials and traditional leaders.

My dear OldRugsOUT America was built by men who think like HE MCS. Building rail lines across America. We needed a think tank like him a man who is daring to help develop Zambia in unprecedented manner. Development starts with infrastructure development, not in one corner of the country but throughout the country. Thats how America started after the war. The truth is Zambia needed a man like HE MCS at a time like this. This is the reality. I am very sure HE MCS will be appreciated by all Zambians 10 years down the line. Those of us who who can see what Zambia is headed to, are already grateful for having such a president at a time like this. We became stagnant as a nation so we needed some push of some sort. Long Live Zambia, Long Live Sata.

No one is disagreeing with Sata’s ambition.But most of us disagree with his breaching of the constitution and restriction of people’s freedoms.
In America or any part of the western where we constantly copy from, they achieved all that development on the back drop of sound democratic tenets. A few rogues who tried to behave like Sata had their heads cut off for stifling people ‘s freedoms.

The problem with dreams and visions is that they are experienced in the deep of the night when everyone is sleeping. It only becomes a plan when it is shared.

Kabinmba is LYING through his teeth. If Sata claims to be a Bemba, he should know the popular Bemba adage which states that ‘ICIKUPEMPULA ECHIKULYA”. The who Nation has come to know that Kabimba and Mmembe is in the centre to the formation of a Party hinged on the Federal System in order to appease the people of Western Province. Kabimba’s apparent sugar-coated praises on Sata are designed to buy time. An invasive species (George Chellah) planted at State House know it all.

Who allowed Kabimba to address Party members in Luapula? How come the young lady IG Stella never escorted him to the Luapula river just as his Eastern Province Cop boyfriends did to HH. This woman IG is not fit to hold that office.
But where is Headman Ukwa in all this. I know think we have serious problems in the Inner walls of State House. Can the 5th Lady try to explain to the Nation what is going on before we all match to the front gate to demand audience with MCS. Last time it was only President Nevers Mumba but this time it will be the whole mother Zambia. I pity Kabimba because he is the only one who will have to village to go back to and will be caged at Kamfinsa Prison until the lord’s call.
