The duo who have jointly sued with the attorney general in their submissions say that because Father Bwalya is no longer change life executive director, it is necessary for him to be recalled so that he can clarify his status in the matter.
They say that Father Bwalya sued them in his capacity as Change Life Executive director but that it has come to their attention that Father who is the petitioner in the matter has published a statement in the media stating that he is not executive director of Change life.
But father Bwalya’s lawyers feel that the application to recall their client on the stand is prejudice.
And in another case the Lusaka high court has granted directors of Change life Zambia an injunction restraining Father Frank Bwalya from representing himself as the organization’s executive director.
Father Bwalya is a Roman Catholic priest who has been advocating for the change of government through his red card campaign.
However, following criticisms he has received from some of the directors of the Change life Zambia regarding his programs, father Bwalya has decided to change the name of his organization to Get Involved Zambia.

When mandela became president of South Africa, the only experience he had was prison life but the man proved selfless and was loved by all South Africans. HH has experience in the private sector and all the companies he managed are the most successful, meaning he is a man of success, thats why we need him this time around. When Kaunda became president of Zambia, he was just a teacher without any experience in the public sector and he became a good leader who united zambians. I have always wondered why as Zambians we sink so low that in whatever we argue about, we have to toe our political inclinations and turn to insults when the heat is on, why? Why cant we be objective for once? My thinking is that, Father Bwalya, as claimed, speaks for the poor and oppresed. Granted, yes, but why should he speak for the poor by sharing the political podium of one opposition party. Why align himself with this opposition party? if he is in politics, it can make sense, but if it is with the church’s backing, i think it is wrong. While Jesus did not run for public office, He did take a public stance on the social issues of the day. His radical stance was such that he became a major threat to the authorities, who did away with Him. Jesus did not just”stick to his private values and religious beliefs”, as the secular interests expect Christians to do. He talked about fair wages, unjust trade, oppression of widows and the economic injustices and corruption of his day, even overturning the tables of the moneylenders.
