Zambia win in pre-CHAN training game

Share

Zambia warmed up for Saturday’s 2014 CHAN return leg qualifier against Botswana with a 6-2 win in a practice match over lower division club Premium Sports in Ndola.

A hat trick from Nkana striker Evans Kangwa helped Herve Renard’s side to a confidence boosting win.

Nchanga Rangers striker Bornwell Mwape scored a brace while Zanaco attacker Moses Phiri got the other goal.

And Premium’s two goals where both scored by Jonathan Manongo.

Meanwhile, Zambia and Botswana are tied at 1-1 from the away first leg played on July 27 at Molepolole heading into this weekend’s decider at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.

  1. Let Kangwa start the Saturday game, where is Isaac Chansa? I thought he is a local player too! But the club u played against is unknown, being a Ndola Dweller and never heard of this club! Next time try senior rangers or Chipulukusu tigers u will be shocked, they dont put on boots but run like an angry Cheetah..

  2. YOU ARE RIGHT @NO.5 WE NEED TO START WITH EVANS KANGWA AND BORNWEL NEEDS TO BE HELPED IN STRIKING FORCE , NOT THIS CHAP FESTUS HE IS TOO LAZY AND CASUAL. OTHERWISE THIS TEAM CAN RAN 90 MINUTES GO ZAMBIA GO………….

  3. @osmore. Players should not be angry for goals.Goals run away and disappear when you do that, for fear of anger.Tell them to smile and be hungry for goals.sorry william!!
