EASTER MESSAGE
LET’S FORGIVE ONE ANOTHER
Every year, Easter comes and goes, the church celebrates Palm Sunday, Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday. The church is kept busy as we all remember the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
But what are some of the lessons we need to learn and apply from Easter?
1. Confession
2. Repentance
3. Forgiveness
4. Wiping sins away
5. Reconciliation
6. Assurance.
We need to confess our sins to one another; by doing so, we are simply letting go of the bad deeds that we committed. These can be corruption, Gender Based Violence, political violence and other wrong acts.
We call upon all Zambians in authority and outside authority to live a life of repentance by putting an end to their wrong doings and doing the things that Christ requires of us to do. It’s time for children to reconcile with their parents, husbands to reconcile with their wives and neighbours to make peace with their fellow neighbours. Most importantly, it’s time to get back to God because Easter is about reconciling man with God.
Matthew 5 vs. 23 “Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, 24 leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to your brother; then come and offer your gift.
Matthew 6 vs. 12 Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
It is time to start afresh. Indeed it is time to start anew and leave our bad past behind us. We can do this by doing good to others so that they too can be good to us.
We need to reconcile for the sake of Mother Zambia. Reconciliation is vital. We all need to make peace with our Zambian s in order for us to properly move forward not only as individuals but as a nation.
We need to assure ourselves of a Country we can all live in and assure our children that we will leave a better country upon which they’ll build a much better country.
This call is for all politicians, churches, civil society organisations and NGOs to put aside hatred for one another and reach out in forgiveness and reconciliation because we only have one Zambia and one nation.
We appeal to all Zambians especially the youths to refrain from engaging themselves in vices such as alcohol and drug abuse and any other activities that can be harmful to their lives during and after this period.
Furthermore, we ask for God’s peace, safety and protection on our roads so that these festivities will not claim lives.

The truth is that Religion has no place in politics or nation building. Religion is the new Cancer that Africa will have to get rid of in the next 200 years and embrace Science fully. Sure there are many Christians who are good and members of other religions but our stagnation as a specie especially in Africa is sad. I wasted most of my life reading the bible and leading a christian life and little did i know about the importance of Science and how Science has liberated man and not religion. Our Children should not be scared of the lake of fire and the b.s that goes with it as it abuse. We need to direct our kids to learn and the future of Zambia depends on how as a Country, we will embrace Science. Please Zambia, we have enough Accountants and Managers. We need Scientists, Doctors etc
