  1. People of Zambia, even our neighbouring countries are laughing at what is happening. After 50 years of independence we are still governed by the white man.

    • Picture 8-16 ‘Hello hello Fred yes all is as planned I am president. No no no they don’t suspect you ,Musa executed the plan superbly.Tell Kabimba his worries are over I will reinstate him…No no Fred don’t worry soon the Western media will be lighting up like fireworks with the news that Africa has a white president. You are back in the game.I will handle Chikwanda….okey I have to go these photographers are having a firld day on me!

    • My Salutation to: Attorney General Musa Mwenye and the whole Cabinet: well done, it just shows that Zambia’s maturity to Democracy shines above developed Countries like the UK?? Whom I am sure would straggle to have a Black person as Prime Ministers.
It shows that Zambia truly stands on its values of One Zambia One Nation and humbled that we have shown the world that we are much above color, but Patriotism. Guy Scott is Zambian so let him take over. Even to run the country up to 2016.
With this, let us also be different in other aspects that will move Zambia forward. Let us all be real change agents that will shame the forces of Evil that my want to disrupt our success stories like this change of Power. Let us be vigilant as not all countries are happy, they want us to fail. Go…

    • President Sata wanted a whiteman to take over the presidency of this beautiful country

I hope the constitution is amended to allow this clause so that he becomes a president and someone young like Mulenga Sata as a deputy

      This was his wish

Who are we to kill that wish for someone so great a human being if it is true he has died.

      Thanks

    • 1. He’s Zambian forget his colour
      2. He’s not ELECTED President but only acting until elections 88 days from today.

    • Don’t be myopic with your racist statement. Its not the color which matters. Its what he does during his short tenure whatever color or creed.

    • Which countries? Those countries are in your mind. It is not true. If the constitution allows Guy Scott to act as President, I have no problem with that. What I am against is the illegal hand over of power.

    • @CHOOBE: Let us salute the Cabinet, Lungu, Attorney General Musa Mwenye and Team. What has transpired makes Zambia shine above other democracies’ like even the UK, who would straggle to have a Black person as Prime Minister?
It shows that Zambians stand to their Values of One Zambia – One Nation. I am so humbled that Guy Scott has taken over as we have shown the world that we are above color.
Let’s be very careful because not everyone is happy to see Zambia so stable and an African leader in Democracy?? Some comments would be to see us fail so that they laugh at us.
Guy Scott is very Zambian, We should even push that they wave for the parentage Clause for him to stand and rule up to 2016. We have again surprised the world and we should keep this up.
      WELL DONE ZAMBIANS.

    • Choobe after 50 years you are still wallowing in racism… Scott in fact is more Zambian than you racist morons suffering from race inferiority complex. Scott deserves it, he has done and will do more for Zambia than you racist chaps who are a waste of space and oxygen

    • Brainless People,
Stop comparing Obama’s election to Scott’s presidency.
Obama’s election is a testament to the fight that BLACK Americans successfully managed. They finally had a black guy in the presidential position.

You have done the opposite. You have let the Black Americans down. They cannot believe how you are undoing what they have started.

    • Amazing….. I can’t relate anyone who could be a Zambian president in those pictures.
PF line-up your women maybe we can help you identify someone to run for you in this up-coming hotty elections.

    • Actually the people who are laughing are white people. After the way they’ve treated us throughout history and continue to do so, the way they regard us…. and we allow one of them to rule over us directly….. They must be shaking their heads and slapping their thighs in laughter. Amazing, just amazing. It just goes to show the truth behind this phenomenon that when someone doesn’t want you that’s when you want them. When someone doesn’t like you, that’s when you like them and want them to like you and approve of you. That’s the conundrum between black and white people. They way white people don’t like black people is the way black people like white people and want to be accepted and approved of by them.

    • man u r dumb this shows zambia is one of the most mature and democratic nations in africa this will even attract foreign investors this is a good publicity stunt if you ask me.

    • Actually it’s white people who are laughing. They can’t believe it. They are right now shaking their heads and slapping their thighs while their bodies convulse with laughter.

    • If KK was dead, we would have been saying things like Kaunda must be turning in his grave to allow such nonsense , but thank God he is alive to witness this , what is he saying? Ba LT do me a favour and interview that KK who fought the Colonialist.
Ba shi Chilufya is the cause of all this confusion. MHSRIP.

    • Awe chakana sana. we want to govern ourselvs and not white people. go to UK and see if a black man can be king or prime minister. why do we beg and always want to associate with white? who taught you to hate yourself kanshi. Choobe is making sense.

    • @CHOOBE, YOU AND HH ARE THE ONLY RACISTS LIVING IN ZAMBIA. I REALLY DO NOT CARE WHO BECOMES MY PRESIDENT AS LONG AS HE/SHE HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY THE PEOPLE OF ZAMBIA THEMSELVES. AND HARD-WORKING GUY SCOTT IS SUCH PERSON IN ZAMBIA. CONDUCT AN OPINION POLL AND SEE HOW GUY SCOTT SCOOPS EVERY SCORE. GUY SCOTT IS A ZAMBIAN AND IS OUR MAN. IN FACT THE DRAFT CONSTITUTION SHOULD QUICKLY BE ENACTED TO QUALIFY SCOTT FOR PRESIDENCY. IF YOU HAVE GOT A PROBLEM WITH RACE LIKE YOUR UNCLE HH, THAT’S YOUR FAULT, MAN. PLEASE, ENACT THE DRAFT CONSTITUTION AND LET’S HAVE SCOTT STAND FOR PRESIDENCY.

    • after 50 years of independence and you still caring about what other people will think of you, instead of whats right?? that my friend is not an independent mentality!

    • Sata wanted Edgar Lungu to act in his absence. Guys Scott should have just asked Edgar Lungo to continue acting as president. Guy Scott is a Kabimba/Mmembe man and things won’t go well soon. If Sata was alive he wouldn’t have allowed Scott to act. Power is now in the hands of the enemies of the Zambian people. Expect trouble.

  2. The Solicitor General erred in LAW by allowing Edgar Lungu to hand over Power to anyone other than A PRESIDENT (INCUMBENT OR NEWLY ELECTED). That is the Zambian LAW going by the consititution. This is not about whether Scott is qualitied to Act or Not but who should have received the POWER from Lungu. Definitely not Guy Scott according to Article 39 of our Govering LAWS.

    • The law is clear ”in the absence of the incumbent” in this case SATA – MHISRIP, not Lungu who was never an incumbent . In fact, Lungu never had power to hand over any presidency at any time because he never was an incumbent. He just possessed the instruments of power, which by constitution provisions were retrieved and handed to the incumbent Vice- President. It would be treason for anyone else to posses the instruments.

    • @Koswe 3.5
I didnt say I was a legal expert anywhere in my post. Besides, you dont have to be one to understand what is written in black and white. It is there if you check article 39 of your consititution. You should take an interest and you may enlighten yourself a lot better about matters.
      @Kay Kay
I am not specualting like you are. Read article 39 (1) (2) and (3). It states very clearly that whoever (the vice president or anyone else Acting as President while the incumbent is absent) is ACTING PRESIDENT (in this case Lungu) can only hand over power to “A PRESIDENT” either the incumbent or a newly elected. Not even to the Incumbent VICE President.

    • Not at all. Lungu was acting President in the period that Sata thought he was going to be away. That’s the first part. The second part regarding his death, the constitution is very clear. The Vice President will act in case the sitting President is incapacitated or dies, don’t mix the two. In this instance, it was rightly interpreted that the Vice President who happens to be Guy Scott does act.

  3. Ring Ring …. hey honey, you wont believe what just happened, i am now the acting president of Zambia .. “You lie.. they allowed you?” thought you don’t qualify fimo fimo….No man , I qualify, I am currently at state house and am the head of all this shiz niz .. all of it …!!! its mine

    Now pour me a bells.

    MXM

  4. LT your pictures are just too many and monotonous. I know you’re pleased you can now go to state house and take some photos there without any more restraint.

  5. Why the fuss about Guy Scot taking over beyond 90 days? Let the man rule to bring balance and sanity to the party and the country at large. The Zambians I knowknows no colour or race weare one.

    • Something is amiss here. If Scot doesn’t qualify to be president how the hell can he act as one, General Miyanda is right on this one.

  6. I have a question for you racists; ‘Is it also wrong to have a person with a different ethinic origin in the White House?’

    • No. A totally different context in the US. A more accurate question is Would the US accept a British president ( since they got their independence from Britain hundreds of years ago).
No they would not. And yet you, after only 50 years have forgotten and you now think that you’re good for allowing this. Sorry but I have to say this – Mwe fipuba mwe.

    • Your comment is right on!!! An African Country that follows it’s Constitution to the “t”. Born before even Zambia came into being, Guy has the same rights I have. By the way, forgot the color of my skin. I do know the color of my blood is red.

  7. This is utter nonsense backwardness in making a such a decision to choose Guy Scott as acting President. Money is the source of evil hence the reason why educated Lawyers and professionals within the government have decided to do so. They want a person they can easily manipulate, why change the article of the constitution to suit selfish interests? Sadly why is this happening to mother Zambia. Why are people not in government orchestrate such a move to choose Guy Scott. I do not hate him but why did Sata choose Lunge rather Scott, then someone changes things due to selfish interest.
Guys you will not win a Presidential bye-election if you continue with such moves. This is pathetic, dirty and filthy of the actions taken by the Cabinet.
Where have you taken all your brains!!!!

    • The one who is backward if ever you are right is the one who appointed Guy as the Vice President. Our lawyers are just following the highest law of the land – the Constitution. Get to know this my friend>

  8. I can’t see Judge Ngoma in any of the pictures though I have seen some thug from Katondo street in picture 12 and 13

  9. “Othe countries envy us” – mwe fipuba mwe. You have allowed an opening where Bazungu countries can further exploit you. Every person, in their heart has a homeland – not what their passport says. It’s where your ancestors came from. I’m just thankful that Zambia is not likely to have a war with Scotland.

Please – stop displaying your small-mindedness and lack of self esteem by applauding this. Sata made a mistake and has left a mess.

  10. I just saw bashi Nono looking aghast. Anyway, thank you Zambians for respecting the constitution and its provisions. Is it possible we can now accelerate the amendments to the draft constitution so that the field can open up just a little bit… hehehehe…

  11. What is this I have read in today ‘s Post that Emmanuel Mwamba went to state house to write a “statement to be used to announce the death of the President . This is anarcy.

  12. Lungu looks like a drunk person. Even Scott is too old. not sure if he will lead to 2016 but the man is old. People let us not have other issues in the presidency this time. I like Guy but he looks old for the job which demands a lot. Now kabimba will be back near power as vice to Guy. He will eventually be the candidate for the elections. Mamamama my dual citizenship is about to get deleted from the draft constitution

  13. This is good for our mother Zambia, check your history a white missionary by the name of Moto moto, acted as Chief Mwamba of the Bemba people in 1800s. This time and age race is nothing but the ability to deliver, President Guy Scott is more Zambian and he has contributed a lot to our democracy we have to coexist thus white, black , yellow , green, blue.

  14. “Wazabanga”

You are right on. There is no problem infact in Scot even being Presido. But power has gone to MMembe and Winter Kabwamba. Soon things will not be good in the country and in PF

  15. The parentage clause in our constitution was crafted to bar Dr Kaunda from running for Presidency. I would wholeheartedly support those that are going for Dr Scott as President of this Great nation Zambia.

  16. Take note the vice president is just acting he will not even stand the cabinet did well to follow the constitition he,s too old ,after all its just three months we need someone who is fit this time around he,s a vice president who are you to dispute the law he cannot become a president mwebantu ni 3 months only.

  17. I personally don’t mind who becomes the president of Zambia, what matters is the capability of that individual; we have now reached a turning point where we need to see things for what they are!! What have we achieved in 50 yrs? What have we failed to do in 50yrs? Can we compare ourselves as a country to other countries and be proud? These few questions should be lingering in every Zambians mind
Let’s support Guy in the next 90 days!! who knows ,he may be just the solution to our many problems

  18. foolishness!
Can’t believe that people of this great land believes that putting a white man in charge is a good thing. This situation cannot be compared to the US and Obama’s mother is white and America was never colonized by a Black nation… who then has one of its citizens risen to power…
Keep celebrating, the last Black county that gave power to a White man was Jamaica (Edward Seaga) which start the decline of that land… when his reign was over all the infrastructure in Jamaica is now owned by the US, England and every other white nation on earth… the people of Jamaica is left with the debt and the White countries have massive profits… go research it if you think this is just another story…
    Zambians don be a fool…

  19. Can’t believe that people of this great land believes that putting a white man in charge is a good thing. This situation cannot be compared to the US and Obama’s mother is white and America was never colonized by a Black nation… who then has one of its citizens risen to power…

    • White people have not been the best people on earth. Their history is bloody and ugly. They have been cruel and have done utterly shameful things. However, the man who is Zambia’s interim president is Dr. Guy Scott. He is not the average white person one would resent.

    • So what you are insinuating is that Guy will sell off the country to his fellow white? I thought the country with its infrastructure were sold off by the MMD and hence this govt has been in fast mode building new infrastructure.

  20. One really has to pity Mushota. I’ve never come across and ***** like her who is obsessed with white people. It seems like she’d like to be recolonised; mind you she lives in Scotland where the blacks are not very popular (though the Irish drunkards like black kalipinde-like girls) thus the reason she managed to bag a white man. She’s always one of the first to unleash her vile demented comment, which goes to show she may be a house girl who takes the opportunity to use the boss’s computer whilst they are at work. I pity the woman who had the misfortune of spawning this colonially hungover slapper.
On another note nice to see Bob without his boxing gloves.

    • Actually Mushota is just a fellow who knows how to get attention and upset people. Sadly many have fallen in his trap. He manages to lure people from any topic to his own thoughts.

  21. Pictures 21, Lungu to Scott “get your hands off me imposter!” and 26. Lungu to Mwenye “Oriel Cookie!”

Poor Hon Lungu, he could only master a limp handshake. He is a true gentleman.

Fact is if he wanted he could take over…….he commands the army!! Joke, joke!

Where in the world have you seen a Head of State having such an animated conversation on a unsecured mobile line? Kwena, are our state affairs safe with Scotty!

  22. I will condemn Guy if he turns out to be a total loser and an empty chikopo. But will not attack him solely based on the color of his skin or the circumstances of his parents’ birth.

  23. H.E Dr Guy Scott is a born and bred Zambian son…. and all i know is,except for all this constitution jargony…he should be allowed to lead his own Country until 2016.

  24. Lungu Humble in coming president. viva pf viva lungu. Abesu, Hon be strong. Ambuya president sata trasted you. branch, ward, constituence, district, provinse is behind you. MULU NGU NCHITOYAKE AIKANJILA, PALIBE, PALIKULILA ALETA CHITONTOZO, SO BEMBA SPIKING PEOPLE ALUNGU, IN COMING PRESIDENT LUNGU SALENDO KWAIFE. LET US ALL GIVE BA LUNGU MACIVE SUPORT, LUAPULA PROVINCE, NORTHEN PROVINCE, WESTERN PROVINCE, CENTRAL PROVINCE, NORTHWESTERN PROVINCE, LUSAKA PROVINCE, SOUTHERN PROVINCE. WE ARE ONE. ONE ZMBIA ONE NATION. MY SURE MY LOVED PRESIDENT MICHLE CHILUFYA SATA REST IN PEACE,

  25. What kills me is the fact that we allowed evil to change the constitution to bar Dr Kaunda from standing for President. Now as an honor to both Dr Kaunda and Dr Guy Scot, the constitution needs to be changed whether or not Scott has any presidential aspirations. Chiluba was evil zoona zoona.

  26. PF has shot itself in the foot! Right away you needed some would could use as Presidential candidate in the bye election. Take him round as a chief mourner around the country just like what Lupiya Banda did and eventually won sympathy votes from the people of Zambia. Obama’s situation and Dr. Scot’s are miles apart. The whites were the colonisers while Obama’s blacks were the down trodden. What has happened for Americans is that the down trodden can equally be Presidents. For Dr. Scot’s situation: We are back to the colonisers……not acceptable. Dr. Scot may be a special Zambian but morally and Politically he should have stayed out of this confusion. I am afraid the PF party will go with Sata to Embassy Park. It is a finished party………. Constitutionally maybe or maybe not.

  27. Edgar Lungu you are the MAN! I salute you fort bold discision you took. I feel very humbled. You will be blessed for handing over power peacefully. May God blessyou and your family. I hope PF will chose you are there candidate in 2016. May God bless you once again.
