Check where Mumba signed he did not write the word new. The use of new in his speach is in refference to the new and better values that the party and leadership under his guidance now stand for.

I strongly share that sentiment. However since he is from the north which in this election is seen by the south as one with the east, a southerner or westerner is better placed to be vice-president. but the PF should consider a marriage with MMD or just Mumba alone for the purpose of having an excellent presidential candidate beyond Lungu. This is in view or Lungu`s perceived ill health.

It’s time to bring special economic management skills to Eddy’s table now and help him serve Zambians better. Clear demonstration of love for the people and no personal glory – Mr Mumba. It’s not personal, it’s about Zambians. When they will need another leader they will decide. To me HH being the closest contestor to Eddy means that people have seen wisdom in him and so they want him be a closest advisor to him. In a leading role or not, you can help transform zambia unless it’s something else you want other than the pride and well being of your country.
