Rangers Draw in Division 1 North Debut

Share

Nchanga Rangers began life in Faz Division 1 North, albeit under protest, with a 2-2 away draw to Indeni in a Week 4 match today played in Ndola.

Rangers, who vowed not to play in the lower leagues for the first time in their history after the overturning of their earlier successful appeal against demotion by Faz, scored through Boyd Chanda and Ian Chama.

The match was Rangers first after missing the previous three matches and are fourth from bottom in 16th place while Indeni are 3rd on 7 points.

Meanwhile, Nkana usurped Afrisports from the top spot after a 2-0 win over Ndola United in Kitwe to rise to 7 points.

Kalewa are second on the same number of points after a 1-0 home win over Chindiwn in Ndola.

  1. LT thats why ba ku shootila, nishi you you dont have a spell check on you machine..its not changa but Nchanga rangers kapena thats thier new name in division one let me not say much

  2. Welcome to Copperbelt League Bravo.Ba LT can you please give us results for the elite
‘Copperbelt League’ in good time,as all the big names in Zedian football are flying in this league. Can someone please send us the fixtures for Division 1 North?

  3. Good Brave Rangers, 4get this appeal wallabaloo and concentrate the come back bid, it can be done. The boardroom verdict of that tribunal may have been malicious, but the fact still remains that you were not among the best in the elite league last year.

  4. “Brave!!” – Are you still insisting that you belong to the Premier League? Look at you drawing with your “size” Indeni in the league where you rightly belong. You are on your own!

  5. Okay Rangers we well come you in division 1, just work hard and you will go back to premier. But dont be like savages Nkana supporters who think that they will get points by beating referees and abundoning games.

  6. But ba LT who were the scorers for Indeni, were you just watching one team instead of both? What kind of reporting is this?

  7. Kenneth Malitoli at Kalulishi modern stars as a coach? Where ever he has gone, he has taken the team in the lower division. Yhe first was Indeni FC. Kitwe utd followed, Forest rangers and the latest is Nchanga Rangers.
