    • Nope. Augustine Seyuba was SMILING AND DANCING when Zambia was being divided into two by the treason accused Lozis

  1. Which ones next???? Just creating insecurity and jokes in public offices and when will the children settle in their new schools? All of you appointed by Ukwa, wait before your wife resigns or children move schools as you will regret…

  2. Ukwa you are still wrong here. do you really have advisers. Inutu was suposed tobe tried in Western put people in the province were they belong since they are still new, to better understand their job
, Your bowls you should be healed by now lo, so think straight, ,coz i believe India should have done the best for your cancer on your bowls

  3. The only things that I can remember that the PF government has delivered since taking over are:-
    1. The renaming of the airports
    2. The parading of MMD ‘offenders’ before the combined team of law enforcement officers for ‘interviews’ on how they acquired thousands of bikes and vehicles
    3. The re-aligning of Southern Province districts and the creation of Muchinga province
    4. The regular reshuffles and transfers of ministers from one ministry to the other.
Meanwhile the nation waits patiently for GRZ to tackle and address real issues that affect the ordinary citizens as promised during the election campaigns.

  4. This is the biggest F.O.O.L Zambia has ever produced….  makes even Chiluba (MHSRIP) look like a genius. Lets not even talk about RB.

Like the say you can take a villager from the village you can not take the Monkey out of him

  5. The risk os that one of these ministers may not arrive at the office. There will soon be another reshuffle just before they arrive.

    • One has to report at work at 19hrs (work till 1am), because these reshuffles are coming in thick and fast.

  6. Should have swarped Mwamba – Northern with Seyuba – Western, Suba – Luapula, Zumbunu – Copperbelt, Mushala – Lusaka, Muchinga man to Southern and the like. After all aren’t theze Perm Secs professionalz who need not necessarily speak the language of the placez they serve?

  7. I can’t understand the logic regarding this latest transfers – were any of the ps doing something wrong in their previous provinces (which means they should be fired)? Do these guys understand their new designated provinces better? (don’t think so, take for example Bert vs Augustine). But I guess, in true Ukwaa fashion, logic is foreign

  8. I feel sorry for Batroseland peoples to work with Mushala. Son of a snake will never be called a lizard.

  9. Ing’utu Suba. I wonder what she ever gave him so much that he can even tolerate her like this to the point of making a government reshuffle that affects other people. Mr President, be serious and respect yourself a little bit more.

  10. what does the word permanent mean? Permanent secretaries are suppose to be full time civil servants rising through the ranks in their respective ministries. They are professionals in their fields. It is a shame politicians have made this position political!!!

  11. I would like to know the matter with the so called ENGINEER… You call yourself as such and all you know is speak rubbish…honestly speaking is that all you learnt in the engineering world..in my view, I think that you are total disaster and an embarrasement to the proffession. I may not be a loyalist but still would not call a head of state that.
My advice is speak development that will have an effect to zambia. MCS may have his own weaknesses as a human being but don’t forget his the most celebrated zambian politician who among all of us made it to be president. Be mindfull with your words…you never know how days can change for you…anyway just saying..

  12. I hope Mushala never had any lessons from his farther and that his genes are clean from gorilla warfare. he may just join the fight to separate Barotseland from Zambia afterall he is part of Barotseland .This is bad timing

  13. Some bloggers are saying the transfers are because of Suba (the former PS for Southern Province). What has she done? Can those who know update us, please.

  14. Have you heard what he did in Botswana? Pakuti fye umwaka upwe uno tuleshininkisha bane. we asked for it

  15. Is this shuffling or switching? I am not sure but its certainly not reshuffle. Kuchinjanya fye uku. Forgive me I did not like English at school. I feel its something to do with the kafwafwa in Western province. I hope this will do for the lousy Lozis. I just hate them and I dont know why. Someone help me to like these Lozi chaps. Maybe I need a Lozi girlfriend.haha. I end here!

  16. Our favbourite DSTV Channel 114 is back on the screens. Ukwa, the major film star is acting at his best. Since there is no money to get into their pockets the YOUTHS should settle for watching Ukwa’s actions on ZNBC. ZAMBIA IS A LAUGHING STOCK to provide entertainent to the British and Americans; but Zambians are not amused.

  17. Suba is the worst PS Zambia has ever had. Wherever she has been, it has been kafwafwa. She has stolen money from innocent widows who most of them have died. She is a witch. Is it because she is Fred Membe’ auntie that is the reason she is protected by Ba Sata?

  18. This is now pure lunacy, why is it that besides Levy every Zambian president since Chiluba has a sort of curse? With Chiluba, his head was a devils’s workshop saturated with STEALING STATE FUNDS AND OTHER PEOPLE#S WIVES. Banda nearly emptied state coffers with his completely useless foreign trips, I wonder what he feared in State House! With Sata, six months in office have yielded a satanic number of reshuffles and realignments, most of which are stinkingly tribally inclined and have brought the country to a breaking point. With Sata, Zambia stands a very good chance of breaking up, what the Touregs in Mali.

  19. pathetic failures now they have put k5Billion for the shu shu ‘s to silence the free speech on the internet.
    what a bunch of failures

  20. # 47 KILLER BEING FOR EVER.
I do not agrre wth you and your views. Yes, a head of state needs to be respected because its expected of him or her to respect those being ruled. How are hard working Zambians in Botswana regarding their Zambian head of state who is supposedly to be father of their nation? Mr Sata is NOT the most celebrated Zambian president. Some Zambians who have known Mr Sata for long had misgivings about the ability to rule Zambia well. They are being vindicated today and I join in their concern about the efficacy of Sata’s rule. Delivery of services and development or just plans are absent. How does Zambia rate Sata in the half year term in power? Yet we see and experience mistakes without end. Zambians need respect with credible leadership that is currently missing.

  21. Even in his sick bed he was just dreaming of reshafules. infact this time it will be worse with one bale one caut in India
