Shepolopolo face hosts Costa Rica at U-17 World Cup

Zambia Under-17 have been drawn against hosts Costa Rica at the 2014 FIFA Under-17 Womens World Cup.

According to the draws conducted on Wednesday morning, Shepolopolo’s other Group A opponents are Italy and Venezuela.

The Albert Kachinga coached side will face Italy in their opening game on 15 March in San Jose before taking on Venezuela three days later.

Zambia will wrap up their preliminary round fixtures against Costa Rica on March 22.

Meanwhile, the top two sides will advance to the quarterfinals for a date against the top two sides from Group B comprising of Ghana, Canada, Germany and North Korea.

Winner from Group A will play runners-up from Group B and vice versa on March 27 in San Jose.

  2. AH but Ghana is a thorn in the flesh, wherever CHI-SHI POLOPOLO goes their are their WHY? I Know our virgins will qualify for the quarter finals but then meet Ghana LOL

  4. We only wish them good lucky though it’s not easy to play the host team but for these girls may be they’ll make wanders.
