Kalamba enjoying season at Don Bosco

Share

Zambia defender Oswald Kalamba says he is finding playing for his Congolese side Don Bosco interesting.

The ex-Green Buffaloes joined Don Bosco after leaving another DR Congo side FC Lupopo earlier in 2013.

Kalamba said paying for Don Bosco has been easy for him.

“My first year at Don Bosco has been successful and very easy for me, you know when you are good in life you are good,” he said.

Kalamba said he was happy to be part of the Don Bosco squad that has qualified for the 2014 CAF Confederation Cup.

“We performed according to our expectations and our goal was to play continental football,” Kalamba said.

“It is an honour for me to play in CAF Cup next season,” he added.
Kalamba has been playing in Congo for over four years.

  1. Never heard of him in zambian football except for the name KALAMPA not KALAMBA. Don Bosco is a name of a club? also LUPOPO ah just from the name one can tell the animalsim that takes place in those clubs

  2. That is good man. I remember those days at Butondo Secondary school(1997-1999) when we had Chris and Felix Katongo, Garry Musonda, Osward Kalamba, George Katongo, Kennedy Minganja, Chinyama, just to mention a few. We really enjoyed.
