TOO EARLY FOR DR KASEBA SATA TO COMMENT ON NATIONAL ISSUES

As ZRP we advise the former first lady Madam Kaseba not to be used by the cartel and indeed to start commenting on national issue which are thorn because we believe it’s too early for her to make any meaningful comment and contribution pertaining national issues because of the gravity of her loss.

As Zambia Republican Party, we strongly believe that Dr Guy Scott is being used by the Cartel to hinder Hon Edgar Lungu who is the people’s choice as well as late president Michael Sata’s preferred candidate. We are also of the view that Dr Guy Scott is not supposed to act as president of this Nation, but the one whom the late president left the instruments of power with.We will respect any verdict from court though because we believe we have competent courts of law in Zambia.

The cartel is doing everything possible to hinder people like Hon. Edgar Lungu and the late President Rupiah Banda from standing for presidential by-elections by sponsoring other people and using people like Dr Scott and one Newspaper among other things to speak and write bad about the two gentlemen because of their stance against the same cartel.

This is the reason why Dr Guy Scott was in a hurry to fire Hon Edgar Lungu as Secretary General of PF immediately he assumed as acting president.

So our Advice to the former first lady is that she should be cool and not to take sides because she might be embarrassed if the one the nation want to be president, Edgar Lungu becomes president in two and half months also.

There’s nothing that the cartel and Scott will do to stop it if the nation wants Lungu to be the sixth president of Zambia.

The former first lady should take a leaf from another former first lady, Maureen Mwanawasa who humiliated the late president Sata when he bowed down to her. Why? Because obviously Maureen Mwanawasa didn’t expect Sata to be President one day but when he became president, that’s when she wanted attention from him and to be close to him.

The writing is on the wall; people in PF want Edgar Lungu to succeed Sata because they believe that he is the only one that the Zambian people are ready to vote for and not anyone just because they are PF. And those 70 parliamentarians who have endorsed Edgar Lungu as presidential candidate are the people’s representatives, and when they picked Lungu it’s because that’s the one their people want and in the interest of time they felt that since it’s not a secret that its Edgar Lungu the people want, they had to go for him.

How can you deny the person whom 70 out of 80 MPs in the ruling party and about 8 of Zambia’s 10 provinces have endorsed? Let not Dr Guy Scott hide in the convention, people want Edgar Lungu and trying to do otherwise is likely to bring either chaos or the end of PF because people may vote PF out and Scott will shoulder the blame.

  1. It may be early according to the ntambi, but namumfwa what she has said. Why ist early by the way? To avoid attracting rude responses I guess. Unfortunately the situation is so mad that she has been forced to speak. Anyhow she is a citizen!

    • ZRP, must be de-registered, worst of mega-bites in Zambia. What will that Wright Musoma gain from attacking Kaseba?
Kaseba commented on her husband not some NGO called ZRP.

    • What are Zambai Railway Police (ZRP) doing dabbling in politics???
This “kanyangu” Musoma, if interested, should concentrate on “forming” a “Partay” & compete for the Presidency rather than attacking widows!!

    • Hai Wright Musoma ZRP President. THE QUESTION IS: SUPPOSE SHE HAD SAID EDGER WAS THE ANNOITED BY SATA, COULD YOU HAVE WRITEN THIS? THE ANSWER IS NO. REASON IT DOES NOT FAVOUR YOUR PAY MASTER. LET THE PF CONSTITUTION BE RESPECTED PERIOD.

  2. Ba ZRP with your LT, you cant even proof read your statements. You seem to be in such a hurry to serve your interests. Since when did RB become late? This cartel you talk about why would it block Lungu and RB. What Guy scort has said is that let everyone in PF aspiring to stand as party President follow the democratic process and not just being hand picked by a few selfish individuals. Dr Kaseba has done the correct thing to speak out quickly to dispell false roumours that Lungu was annointed by the Late Republican President.

    • Edgar Lungu has been anointed by the majority general membership of PF and not Sata. What is democracy if not numbers. The NEC can vote for all aspiring candidates but Lungu has already won. period. Guy Scott should retire to his pig farm

  3. You are 100% spot on. And I agree with the PF MP’s who said Mr Scott has engaged himself in numerous illegal and unconstitutional acts by attempting to rule through decrees and threats. Zambians should not be cheated. The actions by Dr. Scott so far have nothing to do with advancing Democracy nor the rule of law. Scott should abandon pursuing and advancing sectional and private interests and to stop abusing the lofty office of the President. Scott role in this period is to promote public interest and a smooth transition both for the party and Government. Why is Scott unilaterally making decisions?

  4. Who said the people of Zambia want Lungu as president. If Lungu thinks he is so popular why is he afraid of the convention? Let him go for the convention and prove his popularity. If he comes out a winner at the convention he will gain more respect from people.Do not mislead people that 70 useless PF MPs should speak for Zambia. For all we know these MPs are just protecting their jobs and business contracts.

  5. Any your party has no one to field for the presidency, why even bother to belong to these nonentity parties when in fact you are PF. Yes people in PF want Edgar as President, but please speak for your party. Better still state your party’s preferred candidate….Edgar Lungu of course!

  6. Truly I can’t get any sense from this post. Stick to point if u want 2b heard. Yo mixing of issues is too confusing, if its dr kaseba u want talk abt stick to dat don’t brin in the catel, scort, erb (expired rupiah banda) by the way mr zrp presdo why nt concetrate on positioning yoself for by election, u dnt ve that time to even start sweep other pipos bedrooms

  7. Mwebantu Edgar is a sick drunkard who should not be voted in for republican president. He is reckless and untrustworthy going by his work history. RB only capitalizes on the death of others to be president but this time around he will cry. Mumba should allow him to stand so that we teach him a lesson that will pack him aslo to the grave.

  8. Its very true that pipo want Lungu, but Scot never liked Lungu from way back, cause he was mostly appointed to act as a president instead of Scot. Naturally you can not like your junior to be acting in place of your immediate boss.
Anyway this struggle is far better than what we had seen under UPND transition were a declaration was made that ONLY A TONGA can be a president of UPND

  9. Keep your foolish sentiments to yourself. Freedom of expression is guaranteed under the bill of rights in this nation and Dr. Kaseba has every right to speak out on matters of concern. Why has her disclosure rattled you so much? LEAVE DR. KASEBA ALONE!

  10. This woman needs “alangizi”! Mayo, uli mukamfwilwa, tekanya! Mourn your husband quietly! Even during the national mourning period, you rushed to the show grounds each time you wanted to be seen crying on camera because there were no reporters at State House! Why do you need cameras around you when you should be grieving privately, away from the public eye, now that national mourning is over? Are you really grieving for your lost husband or the lost privileges that come with being first lady? Is that why you’re siding with the infamous cartel, in the hope that they continue availing you the opportunity to enjoy the privileged position? You’re still entitled to a percentage of your late husbands emoluments, aren’t you? Just keep quiet, and mourn your husband! We are crying for mother…

  11. Nonsense. Don’t be fundamentalist. You want confusion to reign under the pretext of traditions. What a mess Zambia’s political landscape will become with such parties in the mix. Let her tell us the truth. Your so-called cartel is an illusion created by those who refuse to get close enough to know the truth! Grow up.

  12. I wish everyone can see the schemes Guy Scott is up to. Talking about democracy, who elected him to the position of VP and if he was that democratic as he claims, why is he making unilateral decisions and was the decision to go for the GC put to a vote and 28 members voted against it 7 voted for it . Isn’t that democracy he is now abrogating by seeking to consult people outside his party. That’s bigotry and hypocrisy of the highest order by Scott. By now people should be able to see that Scott hates Lungu so much and he would rather sink PF than to allow Edgar become his boss. Bashi Nono said all this and everyone is acting blind. I’ve also observed that most people supporting Guy Scott are not PF members. Guy Scott should respect the Central Committe otherwise he’s just a liability…

  13. It is not too early for her to comment. The problem is you wanted to maintain the lie that someone was anointed.Dr Kaseba was on the bed side of her late husband. The chaps claiming they were anointed were not with him.Leave her a lone. Why don’t they want to be tested at the convention.

  14. THESE UPND CHARLATANS THINK LOW IN THEIR BRAINS.THEY DON,T WANT EDGAR LUNGU TO BE THE PF PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE B,KOZ THEY KNOW THAT THEIR CANDIDATE HH CANNOT OVERUN ONE EDGAR HENCE THEIR COMMENTS ON ZAMBIA WATCHDOG FULL OF USELESS OPINIONS.AND WAT THEY WANT IS 4 PF TO HAVE A WEAK CANDIDATE SO THAT THEY WIN.LET ME ASSURE THE UP AND DOWN (U.P.N.D) THAT THEY WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER AND NEVER AND SHALL NEVER EVER RULE THIS COUNTRY.YOU WIL MEET THE FULL SUPPORT OF EL DURING THE CAMPAINS.WAT WE WANT IS EDGAR LUNGU EITHER HIM BEING A DRUNGARD OR NOT WE WE SHALL VOTE FOR HIM.SO NO ONE IS GOING TO FORCE US TO HAVE THEIR PREFERED CANDIDATE NOT EVEN THE CARTEL.IS DRINKING BEER A PROBLEM?.THATS HIS PRIVATE LIFE AFTER ALL.HE HAS THE RIGHT TO DRINK WEN HE IS OUT OF WORK I,E WHEN HE KNOCKS OFF FROM WORK

  15. @ nostra-anus, i once thought you were just a dunderhead now i realise its your a.n.u.s. that has a big problem. Your blogging stinks, i know you ll attack any pf candidate that weakens your prefered candidate’s chances.
