    • That coach going to Africa cup with with no striker… selecting employees you think you can be bullying. Janza has inferior complex because those senior players are richer than him.

  1. This is gona be an uphill battle for Zambia to even win any game. The quality of players we have is really not promising considering the level and quality of players from Europe in big leagues. Zambia seems to be going downhill at the moment and this Africa Cup we’re participating seems to be an outing to get Ebola instead. Good Luck though you gona need it this time around.

    • This is a fake team,
all games will be lost and they shall come back with shame. No well experienced players in this team.

    • I agree with you, we need more luck that is if it really counts. After watching the friendly at Orlando stadium our striking force was blunt no single shot on target. Dropping Chamanga is a good call done out of desperation. Among the overseas players who can we say is scoring goals? Jacob Mulenga is second top scorer unfortunately he is not in the team. Collins Mbesuma is also scoring goals not there as well. Mayuka hardly plays for Southampton and each time he comes in as a sub he looks like he has seen a ghost. I hope Janza knows what he is doing because this will make or break him.
For what is worth I only wish the boys good luck.

  2. BA janza, u have done the most honourable thing at last, but of course with a lot of pressure from us soccer fans. BA janza, in future avoid chewing players money because you will have challenges like the one u’ve just had. Every one except you the coach kept on defending chamanga until this very last minute, all because of the soft spot u have for him. How dare u could even take this to the wire as who to drop between mayuka and chamanga? The writing was all over the wall but u were in denial. Do not even extend you favouritism to the team selection at the expense of proven players. Therefore, stop sidelining the likes of chisamba lungu & kondwani mtonga. We are watching u.

  3. This team will make Zambia funny. Where are the experienced guys………… emmanuel doesnot play at his and is the one Janza is depending on as striker?

where are experienced players surely. Hon. Kabwili help us please FAZ has failed because they seem to be paid by some players.

  4. All of talking ill about this team shout just zip it. We need to rally this team behind and we all you lower expectations, I predict a semi finals birth atleast. Have some faith you loud mouths!

  5. Agree with Janza. Only advise to our coach is that he must know when to make subsititutions. Making subs in 87 minute when you want to win a game is ridulous.

  6. I can only wish our National Soccer Team all the best. It is so sad for Nyambe Mulenga. Whilst at Lusaka Trust Hospital to visit my sick friend, l also visited the young man. The injury from the accident was serious. Thank God he is pulling through.

  7. This team is basically ok ! You can’t include everybody and nor can we expect all to agree ! Go boys and play your best ! That is all we are asking for !
And bY the way , forget about European based players in other teams coz , they never shine at the AFCON !

  8. Zambia will be the weeping boys. What a shame. No FWAYO AND JACOB!!! IT WILL BE AN ACHIEVEMENT TO SCORE A GOAL. Once you do that, expect a thunderous welcome, we’ll line up the streets to welcome you for that goal.

    • Ati Masebo. When we won the Afcon, both of these players were not there. Fwayo is clubless at the moment and only drinking shake shake in libala. Maybe I could agree with u on Jacob. All the best boys.

  9. Ba mumbwe why not reporting on KANGWA coz is part of 23 AFCON ZAMBIAN TERM.
AS for as i KNOW we only have (2) two guys to give us GOAS (1) is there.
(SATE SATE, KANGWA) KALAMPA AFCON FAVOUR.

  10. I think Jaanza has done exactly what soccer fans were asking for. We were saying he mantain the team which played friendly with Sudan in Lusaka captained by Kalaba and leave out some players playing bench abroad. We were also saying drop Chamanga.
Please let’s help our local coach by giving him support. I feel there is too much interference than advises from most fans.

  11. The coach for once should be shouting instructions and giving guidance from the touch line then being a spectator himself. He seems lost when the game becomes heated. Nway, good luck all the same and do not relay on mathematical chances.

  12. Arise Chi – Polo – Polo .

    Go Go Sate Sate.

Get number 11 Presidential contenders jersey the two katongo’s left.

    Do a one-two, one-two (1-2,1-2) with kalaba.

    Aim for Higher Heights (HH).

Score brace after brace as you attack wave after wave..

The Double-Double anointing is upon you and this Jubilee nation no matter what happen there after all its 50-50.

  13. Unknown quantities but fresh legs. Am sure they will play their lungs out like Nathan Sinkala in 2012. The beauty of youthful teams or players is you are not sure what to expect from them but its always good. Like Ghana’s Under 20 side at the 2010 finals, they went all the way to the finals and narrowly lost to Egypt. However, going by what i read interestingly comments by Bafana Bafana coach Shakes Mashaba that Zambia gave their best during the friendly match and that the result was not a true reflection of the game somewhat is good. A similar remark was made by Cape Verde Islands’ coach shortly after the Afcon draws that it was good to have Zambia in the group, they are good and strong but he only needed to worry about the other two teams. Like Dennis always said…. lets wait and…

  14. We should have taken another centre back as cover, but i think we good. Just team selection and tactics will be critical. Lets see if Janza is Mourinio or Wenger.

    • @Jay, I tend to agree with you there, we are only going with five natural defenders. I am not too sure who will partner Sunzu as centre back between Donashano and Munthali but this is critical. I am usually not comfortable with Mbola but I think we needed cover for him. Anyway, there is always Chisamba, Kondwani or even Rodrick Kabwe to call upon should the need for a wing back arise…

      Go Zambia go…
