Green Buffaloes striker Lineker Mwiikisa has joined Costa do Sol of Mozambique on a one year loan deal.

Mwiikisa joins Cost do Sol just two months after returning from a six months loan spell at FAZ Super League side Choma Green Eagles.

“It came as a shock to receive a call from Mozambique that they wanted me to sign straight away as they had been watching me on SuperSport during my stint at Choma Green Eagles,” he said from Mozambique on
Wednesday.
“It is a reminder for me to take every game very seriously as you never know who is watching,” Mwiikisa said.

His first foreign move came in the 2011-2012 season when he joined South African side Mpumalanga Black Aces when the club was playing in the National First Division.

Mwiikisa started his career at Choma United in the early 2000s before switching to Livingstone Pirates and Nakambala Leopards.

  1. Just improve on you the use of you right leg my friend and you will go very far. Be like Mbesuma who is able to use both legs effectively. Otherwise you are a good player.
