Siasia calm ahead of D-Day against Zambia U23

Nigeria Under-23 coach Samson Siasia is upbeat about his side’s chances in Sunday’s 2015 All-Africa Games qualifying decider against Zambia to be played at National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka.

The two sides are scoreless from the first leg match played on March 22 in Abuja.

“Even though we are an attacking team, we must also defend smartly. We’re going to be playing in a hostile environment and we must be disciplined and avoid playing unnecessary offside traps which could cost us,” Siasia said.

Winner on Sunday will qualify to the 2015 All-Africa Games to be hosted by Congo-Brazzaville from September 4-19.
