THIS year’s revived Ukusefya pa Ng’wena traditional ceremony for the Bemba people will be highlighted by the installation of Kanyanta-Manga II as Paramount Chief Chitimukulu.
The ceremony’s committee chairperson Cindy Mpundu said Paramount Chief Chitimukulu 38th will be installed on July 31, 2015.
“This will be followed by Ukusefya Pa Ng’wena traditional ceremony on August 1 to August 3, 2015 at Ng’wena site in Mungwi district,” Ms Mpundu said.
She also invited all interested parties and the general public to come and witness the installation and join in the celebrations of this year’s ceremony.

Nkandu Luo must be gashiNgoza her teeth in anguish
In nations where character and behavior are of prime importance in governance Nkandu should have been under investigation to establish she abused her power and office. Here, however, esp wtih this gvt, ethical conduct for a public officer is but unnecessary choice! It is so sad to see that with such a baggage self misconduct Nkandu is still leading a gvt Ministry. One just wonders what she is now cooking up at the Ministry of Gender! There goes corruption..! Uwakalema….takaleka!
The sad part was to unleash the Police on an innocent man and on all the villages around the Chitimukulu. The place was under a curfew for over 6 months! The treasury lost so much money in keeping and paying for those officers who should have been protecting the public from criminals and corrupt elements like Nkandu herself. Those officers sent there had no clue what they were doing there. Neither did Nkandu and the rest of the bunch. Now, that is what I call stupidity.
Prof Luo was just working on instructions and anyway in the end they agreed on something even Sata and they reconciled and they are together as a family. And it was just the sickness and death otherwise Mr Sata would have saad it. So whas yo problem, leave the Prof alone

Perfect timing. At least the atmosphere will not be polluted by the evil spirits of the dead thug and that malicious and cantankerous Jezebel nkandu luo.
The personal vendetta Sata had with Sosala was very poisonous. It’s a pity he died without making peace with the man.
There is still chance for Professor Nkandu Luo to make mends in order to preserve her own integrity.
Anywhere in the World, persons who attain a Professorial position in any academic field, usually conduct themselves by being morally upright through the pursuance of the truth.
The best option left for Prof. Luo is to resign as a Govt Minister because of the negative role she conducted herself under President Sata. The academic community will then restore her profession as a Microbiologist.

She, unfortunately has no moral campus, and thereby rendering her academic credentials worse than useless. Who wants to listen an unprincipled, uncouth professor?
