A highly disturbing video showing a police officer harassing kids at a pool party has been making rounds on social media.
The video shows a police officer of the Dallas suburb of McKinley shoving teenage kids at a local communal pool to the ground and handcuffing them.
Police were allegedly called to the community pool because teenagers were causing a ‘disturbance’ in the area.
According to Brandon Brooks, who uploaded the video on Youtube, the police were called to the predominatly white suburb following a fight between ‘a mom and a girl’.
“A fight between a mom and a girl broke out and when the cops showed up everyone ran, including the people who didn’t do anything,” he wrote on Youtube.
“So the cops just started putting everyone on the ground and in handcuffs for no reason. This kind of force is uncalled for especially on children and innocent bystanders.”
The police arrived and commanded everyone to ‘get on the ground’. The officer in question then handcuffs a couple of the teenagers.
The video also shows the said police officer shoving one teenager to the ground and yelling at him to stay down before rushing to a teenage girl in a bikini, grabbing her by the arm and shoving her to the ground.
He then places his knee on her back.
Two black guys came towards the officer to help the teenage girl and he pulled a gun on them.

@Sponge bob; Racism exists every where. I have been stopped at least 6 times by white state troopers for speeding and not once have I been given a ticket. Why? because am polite, recognize my wrong, and respect authority. The same can’t be said about African Americans who are rude, argumentative, and have no respect for authority whatsoever.
These police officers are under a lot of stress. Almost every one here carries a gun and cops are target practice. That situation could have turned ugly in an instant. Teenagers here are beyond disrespectful towards elders period. That being said, Zambia police have done worse to its people. I am a former UNZA student and I know how brutal ZP can be, so don’t even go there!

I have traveled to different parts of the world and the USA is so much better when it comes to race issues. I agree the situation in the video is very disturbing but this is not every day life for African Americans.
The ZP just arrested Fumba without bail for singing a song, that would never happen here ever. So miss me with ZP being professional. If you where denied a Visa to the USA go back and try again. I come to Zambia to visit my family only. I could never live in Zambia. It’s dirty, corrupt and the health system is for the d0gs. I make more money here in a year than I would make in a life time in Zambia.

This story has a lot of inaccuracies. It was not a ‘community’ pool. It was a private residents pool which had been gatecrashed by youths who didn’t live there. Residents (including black residents) called the police, particularly after a mother was assaulted by some of the youths after asking them to leave and other trespass and anti-social behaviour. Suggesting the police officer just casually abused ‘innocent’ teens is wrong.
Story does not have a lot of inaccuracies. Do you think the police would have been suspended, and black youth allowed to go free if a mother had been assaulted? You live in England, so what do you know about life in America for blacks, especially black males?
