How we like imitating and never coming up with anything original.We watch america.uk or German has talent and want to do the same.We have more seriouss concerns than giving false hope to the youths. The judges really faking as well and truth is that you are just eroding even the little hope and self confidence in youths like him.Channel those resources for your allowances into motivating such youths to get on in life.How about short skills training? Instead of hiring judges,hire practicing carpenters,bricklayers,painters e.t.c. to give crush courses where succuessful participants become apprenticed .That would be giving real help not the superficial solutions to the youth dilema that confronts us.
