The PF in Kitwe’s Nkana constituency have called for the immediate expulsion of Nkana member of parliament Lackson Kazabu alleging that he supports an opposition political party.
The cadres who marched to ZNBC’s Kitwe studio sang solidarity songs denouncing Mr Kazabu accussing him of being a traitor.
Kitwe district youth Chairman Mukonzo Kaboba says Mr Kazabu’s decision to side with a known opposition Political party is a betrayal to the PF and President Edgar Lungu.
Mr. Kaboba says Mr Kazabu has failed to initiate and push for developmental projects in Nkana living most of the people in the area wallowing in poverty.
And Youths in Nkana constituency alleged that the parliamentarian has no interest in their welfare and that he must leave the party.
But Mr Kazabu says it is immoral for anyone to call for his expulsion for simply for bailing out his nephew who was among UPND cadres detained for unlawful procession together with Chongwe MP Slyvia Masebo.
Meanwhile Mr Kazabu says the developmental projects he has initiated are clear for everyone to see.
They’re probably sponsored by some opportunist who wants to be adopted on PF ticket next year
The best Chama and Kambwili would have done after realizing that they had condemned Hon. Kazabu without first establishing the truth was to be man-enough and apologise to him. But typical of their immature manner, they incite innocent youths to “demonstrate” against the Hon. MP. This is rather childish and embarrassing.
And we want to hold a day of prayers for national reconciliation and not even attempting to exhibit a bit of humanity as the day approaches. That boy is a very close relative of Kazabu. What goes around comes around. Didn’t Kambwili challenge EL for the PF presidency? Notwithstanding, isn’t he now serving in EL’s cabinet? What would have happened if EL had not forgiven him? So if he hadnt bailed out the upnd cadre, we would not have heard of his failures and if he stood next year on the pf ticket again, you would have voted for him isnt it? The only thing I hate is the application of the POA. When did these id.iots get a permit to demonstrate. Silvia Masebo was arrested for walking. Can police arrest these Fuuuuls as well. If it was the opposition, they wouldn’t have even marched 100 meters before they are teargassed. Insala pa zed is making people do Stu.pid things. When us were are busy working to make ends meet, some fo.ols are demostrating on si.lly matters.

It has not even been 7 days, so how did the cadres get a permit to demonstrate if they even tried to get one. This is where the Police expose their partiality. Moreover, being a UPND cadre is not a sin. The young man is Kazabu’s relative irrespective of the party that he supports. Dora called PF all sorts of names in 2011 koma siuja manje akudya nabo. You can’t forsake a blood relationship just because of the political party tag they wear.
With this hatred for anyone who does not support PF being encouraged by Davies Chama, Mumbi Phiri, Kambwili, can Zambia attain the Unity our President is working hard to achieve? We are one people regardless of political affiliations. ZP, apply the POA equitably without fear or favour. Zambia belongs to all Zambians regardless of tribe or political part affiliation.
Did the police give the PF cadres a permit? Please can the PF cadres demonstrate about the following:
a) Rate of Kwacha to US$
b) Price of foodstuffs
c) Unfulfilled promises
d) Loss of jobs in Mopani, KCM, LCM
e) Insulting of tribes by Party S.G’s
f) Chishimba Kambwili as Chief Govt Spokesman

Its reports like this that makes me sad as a Zambian. Whats wrong with Mr Kazabu supporting his relative? “Blood is thicker than water”. In any case he did the right thing for coming to the assistance of his kindred. I am really ashamed for having supported and voted for PF in 2011. The PF are really bad guys. 2016 ni pali HH and UPND. It will happen.

Bailing somebody does not mean you are supporting their ‘crime’ , you are just removing them from the dirty Police cells before they go and answer the charge in court.(by the way in developed and civilised countries, the Police cells are very clean). Bailing somebody does not in any way suggest that you want the person acquitted, that is the work of the court. Somebody should educate the PF cadres using a simple language-maybe Nyanja or Bemba
When did the PF guys give police notification to demonstrate. 100% sure there was no notification but also sure no arrests have been made. Winanama republic
They demonstrated without police permit. Police dint tear gas them or kill their children. In Solwezi, Police killed children. I hope God looks down and avenge the injustices
