The 2015 Barclays Cup semifinals have been brought forward to next weekend.

The semifinals were initially scheduled to be played on October 17 but will now be staged on October 11 at Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka.

“The Barclays Cup semifinals will take place at Nkoloma Stadium on Sunday, October 11,” FAZ spokesperson Nkweto Tembwe said.

“The first game is at 12h45 and the other at 15h15.”

This is because October 17 is set aside for Zambia’s 2016 CHAN final round, first leg qualifier against Mozambique in Ndola.

Meanwhile, Nkwazi will play Zanaco in the lunchtime kickoff while Green Buffaloes will face defending champions Zesco United.

  1. Comment:am a zambian aged 25 and a government worker ,also a father of 3 boy who wants a woman to mary, and thats why i dont hide my indentity.

  2. Does it mean we were not aware of the CHAN games when we fixtured the Barclays’ cup. Or is it another case of poor planning at FAZ.
While we are at it, with all the goings on at FIFA, why does the current FAZ seem not to be learning anything.
