Like they would say he is racist! Either way it too you a long time to respond, in today’s fast moving business trends a 12 hour respond time is the expectation! This is a marked man..
I know how they’re sitting at JTI waiting for comments to support their cause! Nikisi baneh, muzungu ana lakwa!
In today Zambia asking employee to work, instead of blabbing politics, has become racism?
Ladies and gentlemen, a PR boilerplate, if ever I saw one! Lol!!
Ummm – just looked at the article written by the aggrieved employee. It does not clearly show what racial overtones if any were in the GM’s utterance. Using the F-word does not constitute a racist disposition nor is it enough to go on considering not much was elaborated after that. As Matakala points out it appears the employee rushed to LT at the expense of observing his organisation’s grievance process. That is already a lost opportunity trying to gather opinion and sympathy from bloggers instead of addressing the Labor Office or the Grievance process of the organization. Enough said.
When you report a matter that is on-going tell the readership the original issue briefly for those who missed it. That is what news media do.
