Energy Minister Dora Siliya has reacted to the Post Newspaper’s latest article in which she is quoted as having said that women are effective campaigners because they easily entice men.
The front page headline in today’s Post Newspaper titled Dora likes to be on top is based on Ms Siliya’s address a Women’s day event in Ndola on Tuesday.
But Ms Siliya says she is disappointed that the Post Newspaper always tries to portray her as a sex talker.
“I am always amazed at the propensity of the post to portray me as a sex talker at political events. My conclusion is either someone there has an unnatural obsession with me or indeed it’s the only way to sell the paper,” she wrote on her Facebook page.
“How do you explain their headline a few weeks ago which did not even tally with their own recording of me? And now this latest one is total fabrication.”
She said her policy has always been to ignore the Post after I realised they could sink so low and fabricate a story about me talking about my ex-husband at a political rally.
“I even thought they would have the decency to realise that you can’t claim to be a champion of truths when you, yourself have such low standards of the same. It’s a failed 4th estate indeed,” she lamented.

The Post Newspaper is a paper of perverted dimwits. You don’t need to go further than their weekend post where their voyeuristic journalists stalk night clubs looking to take photos of women in all manner of “nudity”. Better yet just look at their on-line publication. They have had a photo of one Iris Kaingu’s backside on the front banner for the longest. Makes you wonder what their wives or girlfriends look like.
