Where,..when, what is this? The assumption here by LT is that all people who will see these pictures would have ready the news item of this occasion.
namakau mukelebai what happened to your jayatheleka name? this woman lihule!!!!!! kukonda ma foreigners leaving your own zambian name just because foreign is fancy in your little demented mind.
Delegates Enjoying the occasion meanwhile HH thinks he can cheat the western countries that there is no peace in Zambia. These are the true ambassadors, they will carry some good stories to tell about Zambia. Look at how excited they look while taking pics of our tradition dancer. A sign that they have enjoyed there stay in this beautiful country.Keep it up PF. I will vote for Lungu this time. I wasted my vote on HH last time, not again.
@3.1 HOW CAN YOU WASTE YOUR VOTE ON SOMEONE WHO DOESN’T WIN. IT’S LIKE INVESTING YOUR MONEY IN A BROTHEL KNOWING THAT THE SERVICE PROVIDER ISN’T YOURS ALONE. INVEST YOUR VOTE IN A WINNING ECL AND PF.
Somethings look primitive, same old fashion and waste of time.
This short sleeved suit of Edgar Lungu always looks awkward in the presence of all other suits.
So apa chi HH chakumbwila!
Waste of Zambian tax payers money in these trying times, the worlds useless politicians coming for a free holiday and free food and drink on us.
Lovely pictures. Zambia, my beautiful country.
Zambian Journalists please stop assumptions, a good articles informs the reader and leaves no mediate/obvious questions, I kept on asking myself where did this thing take place etc. It took a while to realize the event was in Lusaka. The numerous photos do not even give you a clue except for one. This brings me to the second point, perhaps this explains the poor signage in Zambia because even those who work to develop roads think everyone knows the direction so they do not even attempt to put the signs there, this just explains our level of Development mentally/educationally. And when people say please let’s have at least grade 12 for our public officer bearers, people start crying foul- it is a shame. The third point is the numbering of our stands or houses in streets eg. house 54789,…
TROUBLE IS YOU ARE ASKING FOR TOO MUCH FROM LT AND EVEN OTHER NEWS MEDIA LIKE DAILY MAIL, TIMES OF ZAMBIA. Daily Mail does not caption their images, while Times of Zambia write their topic headings half way through. Just consider this: Pic 8. “Delegates during the official opening of the 134th Inter Parliamentary Union(IPU) assembly”. This is the caption on almost all images. Who doesn’t know they are delegates. I wish to know where they are coming from or their names, etc. About road marking and sign: The foreign contractors follow the contract content which excludes those items. The same contractors do a complete and nicely done projects in Botswana cos high standards Tswana demand for these items.
LOVELY, LONG LIVE THE PRESIDO, LET ZAMBIA NEVER BE RULED BY PEOPLE WITH HATE
Ya! What is this Inter-Parliamentary Union? Is it for Africa, the World, the UN, etc? What type of journalism is this?
Katwishi nga mukamonapo HH nga ifi, I mean in presidential attire.
Pamakaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
Lusaka times !!!Honestly how can you not say where the event was being held sure????basic journalism one would have thought, but alas!!
Well looks like a lovely time was had by all!! It’s nice to see an inclusive Zambia playing on a wider international stage. President Lungu is a very talented People person and has widened Zambia culturally. Despite having detractors he manages to keep his head on the block and moving forward.
