Lusaka based motivational speaker and entrepreneur Mubita Nawa says his branded perfumes which were launch on Saturday have received overwhelming response.

Mr Nawa said the number of orders for his perfumes under the brand name Defiance has been positive since the launch.

He said the type of customers is drawn from people from all sectors of society.

Mr Nawa also revealed that he has started processing the orders online via www.mcndirectshopping.com

“We have our perfumes ready and they are absolutely fabulous. I was wearing my roll on, perfume and my eyes got wet with gratitude.

“Yesterday one of my drivers Zulu said his wife was wondering what kind of perfume this is.

That a spray done on Saturday on a t-shirt was still so strong three days later. We are proud of everyone who has played a role in this journey,” he said.

A Roll on of Defiance is selling at K35 while Perfumes are at K250 and K400 for 30mls and 50mls respectively.

  1. The latest branding is much better than the first.
Good that Mubita listened to our constructive criticism.
    Way to Go!!

  2. CONGRATULATIONS BO MUBITA. THIS IS WHAT WE WANT TO BE SEEING AND HEARING FROM ZAMBIA. INNOVATION, INNOVATION, INNOVATION. I LOVE THE LABEL, IT’S COOL. THE BOTTLES, TOO. HOWEVER, THERE’S ALWAY ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. I DO NOT PERSONALLY KNOW THE CONTENTS, BUT PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN AND I BELIEVE THEM. HOWEVER, MAKE SOME OF THE BOTTLES DEEP PURPLE AND HEAVIER ACCOMPANIED WITH EQUALLY DEEP OR VERY CONTRASTING SILVER, COPPER AND EMERALD GREEN COLOURS TO LOOK MORE EXPENSIVE. ADDITIONALLY, WORK CLOSELY WITH FASHION DESIGNERS, REAL MUSICIAN (not playback), TRADITIONAL DANCERS, FINE ARTISTS IN PROMOTING YOUR BRANDS…

  3. …WORKING WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED PEOPLE (and many more) WILL KEEP ON GENERATING MORE INNOVATIVE IDEAS WHILE MASSIVELY PROMOTING YOUR PRODUCTS. THE WORK YOU HAVE EMBARKED UPON CAN QUICKLY HELP PUT ZAMBIA ON THE INTERNATIONAL MAP. SO, FOR FUTURE BRANDS PLEASE AVOID ENGLISH PROPER NOUNS, SUCH AS JOHN, PETER, ETC. NAMES SUCH AS ‘MOSI-O-TUNYA BLISS, FOR ARGUMENT’S SAKE CAN BE EYE-CATCHING THAN VICTORIA FALLS. I WOULD ALSO RATHER WE HAVE NAMES SUCH AS MUTINTA. MUTINTA SOUNDS VERY ROMANTIC FOR THOSE OF US WHO KNOW HOW BEAUTIFUL THE NAMES IS. ZAMBIANS HAVE VERY BEAUTIFUL INDIGENOUS NAMES WHICH WE SHOULD LEARN TO USE FOR MOST (IF NOT ALL) OF OUR PRODUCTS. CONGRATULATIONS ONCE, AGAIN BO NDATE.

  4. Bo Ndate Nawa, congrats! This is good news than the day in and day out news of cholera, Changwa’s PF cadre’s harassment of the opposition and queuing for maize meal that we get from Zambia

  5. NAWA U ARE NOW DOING IT. TOO MUCH TALKS ON SELF ESTEEM WASNT DOING US LISTENERS GUD. NOW THAT UV ADDED A PRODUCT T YO WORDS,I BELIEVE U AINT JUST MAKING NOISE BT CREATING 2 OR MORE JOBS 4 YO RELATIVES N OTHERS.BY THE WAY EMPLOYING RELATIVE IN ONE’S ENTERPRISE ISNT CRIMINAL. BO NDATE MWALASA !
