PF Central Committee Member Paul Moonga has urged Mulenga Sata to go back to the PF saying it is not too late for him to repent.
And Mr Moonga has challenged UPND President Hakainde Hichilema to tell the nation how he will end poverty instead of just ranting that he will end the scourge like a street adult.
Speaking at media briefing Mr Moonga said Mulenga Sata should came back to the PF and continue with the legacy of his father.
He said Mr Sata should not be scared to rescind his decision because there was still time for him come back and that PF is like a family to him.
He wondered how Mr Sata can follow former Republican Vice President to the UPND, the same person he said told the nation that Mr Mulenga Sata could never be President because he was not a Zambian as his mother was from Malawi.
He said Mr Sata should consider coming back because his name is synonymous with that of the founder of the PF, his father Micheal Sata.
And Mr Moonga said opposition UPND President should stop talking like a ” Street Adult” and explain to the people how he will end poverty.
He said ending poverty cannot be done by magic hence the need for the opposition leader to tell the people he has been lying to how he would end the scourge in the country.
He said the people of Zambia will not vote for someone without a tangible plan of how he would do the things he is promising to do and that the PF will remain in office because it has demonstrated how it plans to improve the lives of people.
