MEET YOUR ZED TOP 10, FINAL FIVE!

ZAMBEZI Magic is pleased to announce that from the top 10 talented individuals it’s now down to the top 5, all vying to be the first publicly chosen presenter on Zambezi Magic.

After 10 800 votes from viewers and fans across the region, the Zed Top Ten music show on Zambezi Magic is now closer to having a presenter with the unveiling of the Top 5 aspiring presenters.

Voting for the top 5 opened on Wednesday 4th of May to Wednesday 11th of May 2016 closing at midnight. Thanks to the public vote, the following candidates are closer to their dream of becoming a television star after making it to the Top 5:

Benas Banda
Petronella Chanda
Ezra Blackson
Roxy Jones K
Taonga Kaonga

“The competition is getting very exciting as we get closer to finding out who the face of the show will be. Once again, in our quest to get to the Top 5, the feedback from the fans was remarkable. The next stage will be to get the Top 2 finalists to be voted by viewers “said Zambezi Magic Channel Head Addiel Dzinoreva.

Details of the next stage of the auditions will be announced on www.zambezimagic.tv and the official Zed Top 10 presenter is likely to be announced in July when Zambezi Magic celebrates its 1st anniversary.

Zed Top Ten is a countdown of 10 of the biggest video hits in Zambia designed to support the growing Zambian music industry and create a platform for artists and video producers to showcase their talents. Every week, viewers vote on social media and suggest videos they want on the chart. The Zed Top Ten also features classic Zambian videos, exclusive brand new video debuts and some of the freshest videos from the SADC region.

The Zed Top 10 airs every Friday at 21:30 CAT on Zambezi Magic DStv Channel 160.
