Tempers flare at the stakeholders meeting with ECZ

1. Based upon ECZ’s previous response posted on their facebook page on 21st April and 8th April 2016 , the implementation is different from the previous responses as indicated in the meeting with local stakeholders in the video .
   1. What measures has ECZ put in place to ensure that the Electoral process is 100% quality?Enhanced stakeholder involvement in the electoral process.

     2. What measures has ECZ put in place to ensure that all Local Stakeholders are confident of the electoral process from start to finish?
     a. Enhanced stakeholder information.

2. What may have prompted ecz to go north could be that these 1diots last year were chasing every truck entering Zambia from the south boarders which was highly embarrassing. Today these 1mbeciles seeing that they can’t chase Boeing 777 Emirates have raised issues which are baseless. If contract is awarded to govt printers it will be worse.

5. INSTEAD OF FIGHTING STAKEHOLDERS ECZ SHOULD BE CONVINING THEM THAT THERE IS TRANSPARENCY. ECZ SHOULD HAVE ASKED PARTICIPANTS TO TRAVEL WITH THEM AND THEIR LAWYER TO VERIFY THE DETAILS OF ELECTROAL DISPUTE IN UGANDA RATHER THAN JUST SAY WE DID NOT FIND ANYTHING WITH PROVIDING DETAILS OF HOW THEY SERACHED, WHOM THEY CONTACTED ETC. ECZ SHOULD ALLOW THE FOLLOWING:
   1. REQUEST AN IT AUDIT IMMEDIATELY TO BE CONDUCTED BY AN INDEPENT ACCOUNTING FIRM LIKE DELLOITE TO ENSURE THE ECZ IT SYSTEMS ARE NOT MANIPULATED
   2. REQUEST A VOTER AUDIT IMMEDIATELY TO BE CONDUCTED BY AN INDEPENT ACCOUNTING FIRM LIKE DELLOITE TO ENSURE THAT VOTER NUMBERS ARE ACCURATE AND EXIST
