Based upon ECZ’s previous response posted on their facebook page on 21st April and 8th April 2016 , the implementation is different from the previous responses as indicated in the meeting with local stakeholders in the video .
1. What measures has ECZ put in place to ensure that the Electoral process is 100% quality?Enhanced stakeholder involvement in the electoral process.
a. Innovations in electoral process such as electronic transmission of vote results from constituency centers
b. Improved voter register with biodata of voters (Photo, finger prints etc)
c. Enhanced security features on the ballot paper with included portraits of the candidates to allow recognition of candidates.

It’s time for all rational Zambians to hold ECZ accountable by being pro – active and using all legal options and actions available before the elections. Sitting back and doing nothing legally before the elections is not an option.

What may have prompted ecz to go north could be that these 1diots last year were chasing every truck entering Zambia from the south boarders which was highly embarrassing. Today these 1mbeciles seeing that they can’t chase Boeing 777 Emirates have raised issues which are baseless. If contract is awarded to govt printers it will be worse.
What we know is They have already oiled the south Africa company that they be helped rig.

It is believed that one of them has acquired shares in the company that printed last years Presidential Bye- elections , in the hope that they will influence the printing of ballot papers in their favour, if the contract is awarded to the same printing company.

At this point it appears that you might be incompetent for your job. The main reasons are as follows:
1. Is how you handled the verification of certificates by Examination Council of Zambia and later agreed with Mr. Kabimba after reading the Kabwe high court judgement; A person who has been in the judicial system for some time you cannot claim not to have been aware or not taken note of such judgements. 2. While ECZ has the autonomy of making decisions. These decisions affect stakeholders and Zambians at large. Therefore, it’s imperative that ECZ ensures that its decisions are satisfactory to all stakeholders and not one. You cannot administer a race where 90% of the participants are against your…
INSTEAD OF FIGHTING STAKEHOLDERS ECZ SHOULD BE CONVINING THEM THAT THERE IS TRANSPARENCY. ECZ SHOULD HAVE ASKED PARTICIPANTS TO TRAVEL WITH THEM AND THEIR LAWYER TO VERIFY THE DETAILS OF ELECTROAL DISPUTE IN UGANDA RATHER THAN JUST SAY WE DID NOT FIND ANYTHING WITH PROVIDING DETAILS OF HOW THEY SERACHED, WHOM THEY CONTACTED ETC. ECZ SHOULD ALLOW THE FOLLOWING:
1. REQUEST AN IT AUDIT IMMEDIATELY TO BE CONDUCTED BY AN INDEPENT ACCOUNTING FIRM LIKE DELLOITE TO ENSURE THE ECZ IT SYSTEMS ARE NOT MANIPULATED
2. REQUEST A VOTER AUDIT IMMEDIATELY TO BE CONDUCTED BY AN INDEPENT ACCOUNTING FIRM LIKE DELLOITE TO ENSURE THAT VOTER NUMBERS ARE ACCURATE AND EXIST
3. REQUEST FOR ALL VOTERS TO BRING PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP OR IMMIGRATION AT THE VOTING STATIONS FOR PEOPLE BELOW THE AGE OF 60. ADDITIONAL…
