Police Assistant Police Public Relations Officer Esther Mwaata Katongo said Precious has been officially charged and arrested with murder which is contrary to section 200 of the penal code, cap 87 of the Laws of Zambia.

Mrs Katongo said Precious will appear in court within this week.

Police have been investigating the incident which shocked many people with different versions of the horrors leading up to Lubinda’s death emerging.

Some family sources revealed that Precious shot Lubinda five minutes after a domestic quarrel prompted by allegations that the deceased had a child outside marriage.

    • The wages of two drunks trying to play house. These two were too much into drinking. Alcohol makes people to lose their sense of reasoning.

    • I agree with you mr saulosi, this is similar to the wages of one drunk trying to play president- the nation suffers.

    • which prison will she be sent to? I’ll also commit a henious crime so that I will be in prison with her. I want to bonk her 247, 365. she’s very nice

    • @ Saulosi

For once, I fully agree with when you say: “…Alcohol makes people to lose their sense of reasoning…”
Unfortunately, loss of sense due to excessive alcohol use has also grave consequences outside marriage life, like politics. Results of excessive use and abuse of “Jamesson” do result in collapse of economy and begging IMF to clear drunks vomit.

  1. Very sad story. The moment you realise your spouse is going outside the marriage and won’t change no matter what you do to please them, leave. You don’t have to end up in jail. Very sad ending.

    • All you 1mbeciles with kids outside marriage will be shot dead by your spouses. It will soon become law. Just watch the space. Girl power!

    • @ #2.1

There is a story about outside marriage kid in Southern Province which was abandoned by his father. Shall we incite his wife to shoot him dead?

  2. How many concubines did my father (David) cheat my mothers with ? ^ 600
And I had 399 more mothers other than mom.
But dad was never shot nor stabbed by any woman, koma iwe kamodzi chabe 5 bullets! You’re a Devil ?ndipho.

    • And your mother was happy to sit there and pretend to play happy families…its no wonder we have lost alot of uncles and aunties to Aids because of such silly mindsets!!

  3. She should lawyer up asap she will walk out of this…the police messed up from the start.
You people are good at championing your christian values (whatever they are) but adultary in Zambia is the norm for both husband and wife.

    • Have they declared themselves “Christian nations”? Tell me of a nation where in Europe where pedophilia and child molestation is the norm maybe the Vatican!!

    • Pedophilia is a very serious crime, I doubt if Priests in England have even access to children like they have in rural Zambia with poor children…more over most banned catholic priest in Europe are sent to docile Africans who treat them like gods.

    • By enlarge Africans are not pedophiles and homosexuals like you Europeans where this has been institutionalised.

  4. Finally the murder charge has been rolled out by the prosecutors. Which degree of murder is this, is it First Degree Murder or Second Degree Murder or Third Degree Murder charge? Please, clarify other there will plenty of room from either party to win & leave either the suspect appealing & appealing or the state entering nolle prosequi? Are the following speculative details coming from the Prosecutors (Police) or from LT as additional narration? 1. Police have been investigating the incident which shocked many people with different versions of the hors leading up to Lubinda’s death emerging. 2. Some family sources revealed that Precious shoot Lubinda five minutes after a domestic quarrel prompted by allegations that the deceased had a child outside marriage. If it is the Police, then…

  5. So if you have a child outside marriage ninshi kukwipaya, bwafya sana. And why keep a loaded gun in the house as if there is crime in every street. She is very cruel and now she will rot in jail with her beaulty azankala ndiyo za guard jail, Mukobeko calling.

    • But why have a kid outside marriage and opt to remain married? Why can’t you divorce so you can be happy with whoever you bear the bast.ard with? Vinangu muziletelela mweka ba mumbwe imwe. If it’s true he had a kid outside marriage, he should have first divorced his first wife because it would be evident that he was unhappy hence going outside the union. Peharps he would be alive today. Muzikula kumubili namu nzelu.

    • Sad development indeed. The family of the man should have told the wife if they knew he had a child outside the marriage. Or he should have told his wife himself as he took a vow: ‘In marrying you, I forsake all others,’ and ‘to love and to honour’. But he waited and waite, then she took the last vow ‘Till Death Do as Part’!!

    • Never ever justify murder. There is no one who has the right to take away anyone’s life for any reason whatsoever. “All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.”

  6. Wow how bloggers rush to judge so quickly, she has only charged and next is to lay her defense! As much as the law is concerned she is innocent until proved guilty. I hope during the court proceedings we will hear new things from the accused. It is sad how she is being demonized already even though she has not gone through the process of being tried and convicted!

    • You are absolutely spot on…even calling her evil…our people need to urge the govt to invest in our police especially training ..our friends in Rwanda have asked for assistance from FBI but us we are too proud only interested in loans.

    • But Guyz how does Lungu come in surely, as if you dream, eat, walk, think, and breath Lungu sure kwena?

    • @ Kopala Sontist

Alcohol abuse, kids outside marriage, pardoning of convicted criminals in exchange for song of praise………………….

  7. My kind ofwoman, big matako, yellow tanta,I am jerking up to this picture,I have photoshoped it by replacing bo lubinda with me walking naked besides her while jerking my twenno, try it guys it looks real and full of pleasure. How I wish I was a guard this winter guarding precious the black sexy widow. This crime was fueld by alcohol, those of you who think she did not do it must have been the thickest chaps in school lol

  8. WITHOUT MUTEMBO NCHITO AS DPP, THIS GIRL WILL GO SCOT FREE. THE REST OF THE PROSECUTORS AND POLICE ARE DULL.

  9. This is a sad story, please stop making fun of it.The children left behind, family ,members who depended on the couple, everyone stands to lose..Precious you have to be punished, this is wrong.

  10. The couple in the picture look very matching with each other. It is a pity that such beautiful looking couple has ended in tragedy or is the adage that “NOT ALL THAT GLITTERS IS GOLD” was the norm in this marriage?

  11. Shame….chabipa….double loss…..Abana bashala panse all because of selfishness.. Lord, please forgive Zambian married men, they are lost in the world of lust and adultery. (ps..most not all)

Ladies, please dont kill the cheating negro….just leave and raise the babies to grow up in a loving home even without a daddy

  12. Not worth to pay the price for a cheating husband. If you have proof he is cheating, pack your bags and LEAVE AND MARRY SOMEONE ELSE. DIVORCE IS EASY IN ZAMBIA – WOMEN HAVE BEEN LIBERATED.

  13. The young lady over reacted. She must be regretting her action. She could have waited and come to terms with reality. These things happens. I know it pains. But the punishment to the husband was too hush.

  14. Crime is Crime bane, she has to face the law as anyone else.Iam 35years,never married, will never marry.I just get you when i need you,pay you instantly, thereafter, you ll mind your own business becos we ve never met before, for reasons like these. You help someone by getting them out of the harsh streets, you make her family rich by paying millions of Lobola, you assist them, you keep their daughter in your house, you feed her,you dress her.And then finally, this is how you will be rewarded, imagine,of all your kindness and goodness?

    • Women work these days. Hahahaha. Just continue paying ba mama waluse because you want to, not because of such. Blatant lies my friend.

    • Redbull, come to terms with the fact that you are gay. Self acceptance is the key to freedom. No need to remain in the closet these days. The world has changed.

  15. I wud rather be eaten by a leopard mupanga or die of malaria because i was beaten by a mosquito, than be shot by supposedly the love of your life.Imwe bantu, mukhazi nkhala ko serious na vintu vina!

  16. Am not cutting anything my friend.I believe in equality & if anything iam a champion of equality.I want women to succeed,i want women to ve big positions. But you must know, accept that “there is no real success thru the back door”.You ve to use the front door as everyone else.If women really want success, they ll ve to work for it,as successful men do.If women want positions, they ve to take responsibilities,as men do.If a man is a manager,he ll ve the whole family of families to luk after, this is one of qualities of a gud manager.Women will ve to do that too,the money they get paid wont be for make ups and selfies-no!they ll ve to take responsibilities.Untill then,no matter how high women climb, they ll jst be regarded as chancers.

    • I guess your family is full of chancers. Sorry to burst your little bubble though, because not alll women are chancers, some of us work for what we have, we put ourselves and our families through school and I guess men should also stop being user

    • Redbull you don’t even know how to spell so I suggest you keep quiet. Don’t give all women a title just because one woman has done something. This has nothing to do with positions. You don’t even know if she really killed him… you don’t have forensic police in Zambia.
