  2. I watched for 5 minutes i could not believe she is a minister on a ministers salary driven in a 1 billion kwacha car and all the privileges that goes with it.Eish!!!No wonder we are so poor as Zambia /Africa

  3. Hon Kabanshi I don’t understand when u say that the benefits of social capital is that it has made people come out in the public?????!! Our expections are that social capital should provide for mobility and access to social services.. That ministry is a flop!!!!
