“Be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go.”
(Joshua 1:7, NKJV)
Observe to Do
The Bible has a lot to say about prosperity. Prosperity simply means thriving, vibrant and alive. It’s a picture of vitality. When you are prosperous, you have more than enough to give to others. That means more peace, more grace, more hope, more love.
The key to receiving all these spiritual blessings is found in today’s verse. When we “observe to do” what God has commanded, we are setting ourselves up for success. We are engaging in His system of doing things; and when we do things God’s way, we get God’s results!
Today, “observe to do” what God has commanded. Invite Him to search your heart and mind and remove anything that is displeasing to Him. Put Him first because when you make Him your number one priority, you are setting yourself up to prosper wherever you go!
A Prayer for Today
“Father, thank You for Your Word which is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. I choose to put You first place in every area of my life. I submit myself to Your Word that I may follow You and be blessed in everything I do in Jesus’ name. Amen.”

Skeleton it’s typical of you UPND taking prayers for granted. You truly don’t know God right. You always making funny of prayers. Is this the reason HH never attends prayers meeting. Careful something are best left alone.
Many who DO read the Bible thoroughly end up atheists after seeing the atrocities and nonsense contained therein.
Deut 25:11-12
11 If men get into a fight with one another, and the wife of one intervenes to rescue her husband from the grip of his opponent by reaching out and seizing his genitals, 12you shall cut off her hand; show no pity.
Reason is because God is imaginary. “God” had nothing to do with the Bible. The Bible was written by primitive men, many of who were obviously insane.
God is able and God continue blessing this Christian nation & with this good ministry. Very powerful message. God is close to those who are close to Him. Amen!
I like and appreciate the Lusaka Times balanced manner of reporting and coverage of news and this leaves an individual to make a decision by oneself.
I have of late observed that the Post Newspaper is being used as a campaigning tool of UPND and lost direction and ethics of being a paper. Even comments which are being published are those against Lungu E, PF or Government and quick to fill the paper with HH and UPND. Am sure they have been promised a lot with the view to be bailed out the tax they have been failing to pay. The Post has short memory and have been taken for a ride and granted, first by MMD and second by PF and this time by UPND and continues rising hopes high for favours.
