Marvellous, it is right to remember and thank our Leaders of past. Everyone looked so healthy under on lovely sunny day. The true stars are the kids in the pics. The mother of the girl (receiving a book from Ma’am Wina), with the upright pigtail worn on top of her head should keep that picture and show it to her when she’s like 20, ….I think by then she might agree her hairstyle was totally avantgarde!

Arthur Wina could have been Zambia’s next President post KK’s one-Party. At least that’s how some of us old enough remember him, apart of course from being an academician and former Minister of Finance..
