CONCLUSION
The Girl on the train is a very interesting, tense, psychological thriller. It was cleverly written and will have you constantly second guessing yourself as to who the true villain is . Emily Blunt’s performance was simply amazing. She played such a believable character that you cant help but feel for . The pace of the movie is slow but it builds up nicely towards the end with huge twists and turns.
The main themes of the movie are alcohol abuse , jealousy and infidelity . The movie shows how different people react to similar situations. The characters Rachael (Emily Blunt) Meagan ( Haley Bennett ) and Anna ( Rebecca Ferguson ) are seemingly different sides of singular shared experience through their reactions ,memories and dreams ,mixed together in a mosaic of rage .
The Girl on the train is a thought provoking movie that you will surely enjoy.
